Compare The Clinical Curative Effect Of Andrographolide And Compound Paracetamol And Amantadine Hydrochloride In Treatment Of Influenza A H1N1

Object TO observe the clinical curative effect of andrographolide and compound paracetamol and amantadine hydrochloride on influenza A H1N1.Methods Patients with acute upper respiratory tract symptoms were all taken a throat swab from the General Hospital of Ningxia Medical University from December 2013 to April 2015. Patients with fever whose information were registered, including the general situation and clinical manifestations. The selected 60 RT-PCR positive patients were randomly divided into two groups:the andrographolide group and the compound paracetamol and amantadine hydrochloride group. With three days′ treating, the clinical symptoms remission condition of patients in the two groups were observed. The clinical curative effect of andrographolide and compound paracetamol and amantadine hydrochloride on H1N1 influenzaA were compared according to the statistics analysis.Results We observed the clinical improvement such as fever, cough, angina, fatigue and other symptoms. 30 cases were markedly effective, 6 cases effective and one case invalid in the treatment group, so that the effective rate was 97.3%. 10 cases were markedly effective, 9 cases effective and 2 cases invalid in the control group, and the effective rate was 82.6%. The effect of treatment group is superior to the control group(P < 0.05), the two groups on the first day of antifebrile rate was statistically difference(P < 0.05). 2 cases(5%) in the control group appeared dizziness, treatment group has no adverse reaction in the therapeutic process. 1 case(4%) appeared nausea,vomiting and dizziness in the control group.Conclusion Intravenous injection of andrographolide in treatment of H1N1 influenzaA is better than oral administration of compound paracetamol and amantadine and early intravenous drip andrographolide can obviously antipyretic, and shorten the duration of the flu.
