Objective Observe the expression of CaSR in peripheral blood before and after the PPCI in AMI patients to evaluate its value in the early diagnosis of AMI and the treatment effect evaluation of PPCI.Methods Choose 20 patients who had been diagnosed with STEAMI onsetting in less than 6 hours and successfully treated with PPCI within 90 minutes in the Emergency Department from April to December in 2015.Adopt the methods of ELISA & CLIA to detect the expressions of CaSR & cTnI in peripheral blood before PPCI?2 hours after PPCI and 6 hours after PPCI.Analysis whether the expressions are different and meaningful to statistics under the paired t-test in statistics. Then use the linear correlation analysis to observe whether cTnI and CaSR expressions have dependency in different time. Results Use the paired t-test to analysis CaSR and cTnI expressions in peripheral blood.Compared with the preoperative cTnI expression(0.27±0.66), cTnI expression of 2 hours after PPCI(49.04±27.00)rises and their expression differences have statistical significance(P<0.01);And compared with c TnI expression of 2 hours after PPCI, cTnI expression of 6 hours after PPCI(44.89± 24.91) decreases, their expression differences also have statistical significance(P<0.05);The CaSR expression of 2 hours after PPCI(438.49±78.25)rises contrasted with the preoperative CaSR expression(270.62±83.54),their expression differences have statistical significance(P<0.01);Compared with the expression of 2 hours after PPCI,CaSR expression of 6 hours after PPCI(418.43± 69.00) decreases, their expression differences also have statistical significance(P<0.05);The results of Pearson correlation coefficient analysis show that the expression levels of CaSR and cTnI before and after the PPCI are positively correlated(r1=0.323,r2=0.449,r3=0.293)but the correlations are not significant in statistics(P1=0.177;P2=0.054,P3=0.223).Conclusion CaSR expressions have the same changing trend with the cTnI in peripheral blood before and after the PPCI in patients of AMI, thus we conclude that CaSR may be associated with AMI myocardial injury and may be a potential biomarker in the early diagnosis of AMI and the evaluation of the treatment effect of PPCI.
