Objective:To investigate the survival risk and correlation factor about cardiac rupture(CR) in patients after acute myocardial infarction(AMI).Methods:69 consecutive cases of AMI in-hospital death from February 2012 to February 2016 were selecte.32 cases occurred CR that confirmed by echocardiogram or pericardio centesis were analyzed. Survival risk and correlation factor were analyzed with univariate Kaplan-Meier analysis and multivariate Cox analysis. Results: Patients who accompanied with female, advanced in years, transmural infarction, absence diabetic mellitus, significantly increased TnI?D-Dimer and WBC were more likely to occur CR. Patients who accompanied with enlarged LV-Dd,EF less than 50%, angina pectoris and PCI history were less likely to occur CR.Conclusions: CR were the main in-hospital death factors for patients with AMI. The following clinical factors: female, eldly, transmural infarction, absence diabetic mellitus, significantly increased TnI?D-Dimer and WBC were more likely to occur CR;but enlarged LV-Dd,EF less than 50%, angina pectoris and PCI history were less likely to occur CR; So CR patients seem to be more "normal" compared with those AMI patients without CR. It is necessary to strengthen the study for the clinical features of AMI with CR, in order to early identification of patients at high risk of CR. At the same time through strengthen the diagnosis and treatment the AMI patients with high risk of CR, we can prevent or reduce the incidence of CR.
