| Objective:One sample hospital was selectedaccording tothe level of economic development of Ningxia.After analyzing the quality of medical personnel and medical records, some representative indexes were chosen to establish the evaluation index system of the quality of medical records in accordance with the standards such as ‘Basic Norms of Medical Records Writing’. By analyzing the factors of medical personnel and the quality of medical records, it will reveal the correlation between medical staff and the quality of medical records to us and further help us find the methods to improve the quality of medical records. Methods:Descriptive statistical analysis on basic information ofmedical personnel; evaluation system of medical quality based onthe Delphi method and AHP method; byanalysis of variance and Chi-square CMH test; canonical correlation analysis to analyze the medical personnel and medical quality indicators; orderly logistics regression analysis on the influencing factors ofmedical staffto the quality of medical records. Result: 1.Build a three-level evaluation index system of medical records, including2 first class indicator, 12 second class indicators and 15 third class indicators through the Delphi method and Analytic Hierarchy Process; evaluate the quality of the medical records according to those indexes. 2. Findings through Univariate byanalysis of variance and Chi-square CMH test analysis: the doctor’s gender, department, specialty, professional category, administrative post, training, age, job title, and technical position, working years, income per month, work pressure, fatigue, expected income per month, timedealing with patients andtimedealing with medical records have a statistically significant influence on the quality level of the medical records; the department of nurse, specialty, administrative duty, age, education, working years, fatigue, expected income per month, time dealing with medical recordshave a statistically significant influence on the different quality level of the medical records; the effect of medical technicians’ education background isalso significant; continuing education, self-protection, training, continuing education, 3. Findings through canonical correlation analysis between the medical staff and the quality indexes of medical records: doctor’s work fatigue, income level and viewon economic interest affect the connotationquality of medical records;writing, the indexes of which were affected by nurses’ working years, economic factors and workload,is themain influence of nurses;there is no exact correlation between medical technicians and the quality indicatorsof medical records; 4. Regression analysison the influencing factors of the quality of medical records showed that: the doctor’s age, sex, work fatigue, major, department are the influencing factors; age of nurse staff, major, department and working years affect the quality level of medical records; the education background is the onlyinfluencing factors when it comes to medical technicians. Suggest: 1. To improve themedical personnel’s legal awareness; 2.To strengthen personnel training and provide continuing medical education, improving the professional quality of medical personnel is the key to ensure the quality of medical care; 3. Pay attention to the workload of medical staff, relieving work fatigue; 4. To establish the correct values of money, focus on the labor and technical value of medical personnel; 5. To implement the rewardsand penalties systemaccording to the medical quality, confirming responsibilities and fulfil specific individuals; 6. To come up withoptimization measuresfor medical personnel management system. |
