Objective:To observe the expression of Mstl, Latsl and Yap1 in epithelial ovarian cancer, analyze their correlation with clinical pathology parameters,and explore the mechanism of Hippo pathway in ovarian malignant tumor.Methods:Immunohistochemistry was used to investigate the expression of Mstl, Latsl and Yap1 in normal ovarian tissue,serous cystadenocarcinoma, mucinous cystadenocarcinoma,and endometrioid tumor.Analyze the relationship between these three proteins and pathology parameters.Results:(1)The positive rates of Mstl and Latsl expression in ovarian carcinoma were significantly lower than those in the normal control group,(Mstl P=0.007,Latsl P=0.000). The positive rate of Yap1 expression in ovarian cancer was significantly higher than those in the normal control group,(P=0.000).(2)The positive rates of Mstl, Latsl and Yapl expression had a close correlation with pathological grading and tumor differentiation(P=0.026,0.000;0031,0.009;0.001,0.020).but they has no correlation with age,histological type and lymph node metastasis.(3)The positive rate of Yap 1 expression had a negative correlation with those of Mstl and Latsl expression in ovarian cancer(r=-0.380,-0.541), while Mstl expression had a positive correlation with Latsl( r= 0.166).Conclusion: The Hippo signaling pathway may play an important role in the development of ovarian carcinoma.And it is expected to provide new targets and reliable basis for early diagnosis, prevention,clinical treatment and prognosis judgement of ovarian cancer.
