Purpose: To investigate the clinical value and significance of TEG in patients with hematological malignancy.Method: Select 99 patients with hematological malignancy from January 2014 to December 2015 in Gansu Province People's Hospital Department of Hematology, and 50 healthy people during the same period. Collect their clinical features,TEG and other laboratory parameters, to analyze the data using SPSS17.0 software. P-value of <0.05 was considered to be statistically.Result: In our study, 99 patients were investigated. There are 63 males and 36 females. The average age of these patients was 46.78±21.74.Compared with the healthy group, R value is shorter(P<0.01), K value is longer(P<0.05), MA value is shorter(P<0.05), CI value is lower(P<0.05), EPL and Ly30 value is lower(P<0.05).The K value has moderate positive correlation with ?2 microglobulin among patients with multiple myeloma(r=0.670).Conclusion: The TEG inspection result between hematological malignancy patients and healthy control group had significant difference, which indicates it has important clinical significance when evaluating the bleeding and clotting status in patients with hematological malignancy.
