Observation Of Clinical Effect Of Q-switched Alexandrite Laser On Treatment And Analysis Of Quality Of Life Of Seborrheic Keratosis

Objective: To observe clinical effect on 81 patients with seborrheic keratosis treated by Q-switched 755 nm alexandrite laser and to analyze the influence on the quality of their life before and after the treatment through the questionnaire survey. Method: Treat 81 patients with seborrheic keratosis by Q-switched 755 nm alexandrite laser with different energy parameters according to the region and nature of skin lesions, besides, assess the quality of patients’ life before and after the treatment through the questionnaire survey, dermatology life quality index(DLQI). Results: After 1st, 2nd and 3rd therapy, the cure rate were respectively 47.83%, 85.71%,100%; the efficiency rate were respectively 94.20%,100%,100%,it shows that the effect of treatment increases as the number of times increases. The satisfaction index of patients was 96.30%, and the satisfaction index of doctors was 92.60%.The P value of total score of DLQI before and after the treatment was less than 0.01, it shows that the therapy can promote the quality of patients’ life. Conclusion: Q-switched 755 nm alexandrite laser is not only safe but also valid for the treatment of seborrheic keratosis, and it can improve the quality of patients’ life, therefore, it’s worth widely applying.
