Objective Through comparison of the apical sealing ability of bio-ceramic root pipe sealant i Root SP, epoxy resin root canal sealer AH Plus and calcium hydroxide root canal sealer Vitpex in three kinds of root canal moist degree conditions. Evaluate and analyze the possible reasons of the detection results. Provide experimental reference for clinical to choose appropriate wet state. Methods Select 162 clinical freshly extracted, single root canal teeth. Divide randomly into three experimental groups?54 teeth in each?. In dry, normal, moist conditions, respectively fill three kinds of root canal sealers, i Root SP root canal sealer, AH plus root canal sealers, and Vit-pex root canal sealers. And greater taper gutta percha is filled into root canal with vertical pressure filling method. Use oral digital imaging system radiography, ensure that root canal filling is continuous and dense without root canal interior absorption. Then carry out the following tests: 1 Micro leakage detection: Select 8 teeth from each group. Dye each by methylene blue dye. Use carborundum discs cut open the root longitudinally in dry condition. Measure and compare apical micro leakage level of different sets. All the data were expressed by mean ± standard deviation? x? ±s?analyzed by SPSS13.0 statistical software. Take ?=0.05 level test. It is statistically significant?P<0.05?. 2 Sheet launch test: Randomly select eight samples from the remaining teeth in each group. Use precision cutting machine to cut vertically from the CEJ to root under the condition of cold water. Near the neck, central, apical third part respectively cut three 1.0mm slice. Conduct instant sheet launch test on universal material tester, and record the data for statistical analysis. 3 Scanning electron microscopy?SEM? detection: Use scanning electron microscopy observe the bonding state of the root canal sealer and root tube of the inner wall of the remaining samples of study group after transection. Select teeth from each group after the microleakage experiment, retain apical part of the slicing process, using a syringe injection of saline for cooling in order to avoid overheating sections affect the experimental results. Use distilled water to wash away the surface dirt. After thorough drying, dried specimens, vacuum spray gold, use scanning electron microscope to observe and take photo. Results 1 Micro leakage test results: In group A, i Root SP paste group, the lengths ofapical micro leakage of group A2 root tube wall under normal water condition and group A3 root tube wall under moist condition were less than that of group A1 root tube wall under drying condition, the difference is statistically significant?P < 0.05?; Compare the group A2 and A3, the lengths of apical micro leakage of group A3 was less than that of group A2.the difference is statistically significant?P < 0.05?; In group B, AH Plus group, the lengths of apical micro leakage of group B2 root tube wall under normal water condition and group B3 root tube under humid conditions were less than group B1 root tube wall under drying condition, the difference is statistically significant?P < 0.05?;Compare the group B2 and B3, the lengths of apical micro leakage of group B3 was less than that of group B2 the difference is statistically significant?P < 0.05?; In group C,Vitpex paste group, the lengths of apical micro leakage of group C2 root tube wall under normal water condition and group C3 root tube under humid conditions were less than group C1 root tube wall under drying condition, the difference is statistically significant?P < 0.05?; Compare the group C2 and C3, the lengths of apical micro leakage of group C3 was less than that of group C2 the difference is statistically significant?P < 0.05?; No matter what state the root canal wall is, the lengths of apical micro leakage of group A is less than that of group B and C. But the difference between group A and B is not statistically significant?P>0.05?.2 Sheet launch test results: The binding force between paste and tube wall is maximum in A3 the wet condition, less in A2 the normal condition, minimum in A1 dry condition. The differences between the three groups were statistically significant?P<0.05?; The binding force between paste and tube wall is maximum in B3 the wet condition, less in B2 the normal condition, minimum in B1 dry condition. The differences between the three groups were statistically significant?P<0.05?; The binding force between paste and tube wall is maximum in C3 the wet condition, less in C2 the normal condition, minimum in C1 dry condition. The differences between the three groups were statistically significant?P<0.05?; No matter what state the root canal wall is, the binding force between paste and tube wall of group A is greater than that of group B and C. But the difference between group A and B is not statistically significant?P>0.05?. 3SEM observation results: There are cracks between root canal sealer and root canal walls of each experimental group; Gaps in group A3 is the smallest, the gap is uniform small without bubbles, and gaps in group A2 is the larger, and gaps in group A1 is the largest.Gaps in group A1 was wider than that of group A2 and A3; Gaps in group B3 is thesmallest, and gaps in group B1 is the largest; The gaps in group C2 and C3 were matched. The gap in group C1 was the largest. There were visible tiny air bubbles in group C1.Conclusion 1 Under wet condition, i Root SP paste and AH Plus paste tube can better seal root canal, at the maximum adhesion strength. Suggest choose wet condition of Root canal wall when filling. 2 Calcium hydroxide paste Vitpex can better seal root canal in normal water condition of root tube wall. Suggest choose wet condition of Root canal wall when filling. 3 In the clinical, recommend to choose i Root sp sealer, although the price is on the high side, but it is especially used for complex root tube, refractory periapical periodontitis, root canal therapy. The complicated severe infection of root canal treatment success rate can be improved.
