Purpose:In this report,we share our experience about the common types of hepatic tumor during 5years(2010-2015) in TONG JI Hospital and compare with other studies. Then,to examine the difference of clinical character and behaviors between hepatocelluar(HCC) and hepatoblastomas(HB) in children. Methods: Retrospectively reviewed all pathologically identified hepatic tumor in pediatric patients for 10 years(2005-2015),In HCC and HB,the rate of alpha fetoprotein(+),HBV infection, the average years of disease occur and 1year survival rate were compared. Results: 72 patients with hepatic tumor were identified,Among this tumors,21() are benign tumors.including infantile haemangioendothelomia(4 cases),hemangioma(12cases),mesenchymal hamartoma(1case),lymphangioma(1 case),focal nodular hyperplasia(3cases),51 were malignant tumor included Hepatoblastoma(37cases),hepatocellular(12cases),undifferentiated embryonal sarcoma(1case),yolk sac tumor(1case).HCC differed from HB in average age(1year vs4year;p<0.001),HBVinfection(10/12vs5/37,p<0.001),accompanying hepatocirrhosis(6/10vs0/34,p<0.001) and 1 year survival rate(0/8vs13/28,p<0.001).The rate of alpha fetoprotein(AFP) and the difference in gender were no statistical significance. Conclusion : Hepatic tumours in children beheaved somewhat difference with adults.most of the children liver tumours are magligant.HCC and HB were initially diffenentable in some clinical characters,The rate of HBV infection and liver cirrhosis are closed releated to HCC,the prevention should be steregthened to reduse the morbidity of HCC,Combined operation and chemotherapy are necessary.the age of HB is younger compaired with HCC,the sugery complete excision rate is higher, the prognosis is better in HB.
