Objective :To investigate the clinical application of multi-slice spiral volume rendering CT(VR) in the treatment of intracranial aneurysms.Methods: 30 patients with intracranial aneurysms in subarachnoid hemorrhage(SAH)were collected, in the conventional group, multi slice spiral CT angiography was performed in the cerebral artery, and the three-dimensional relationship of the aneurysm and the parent artery was observed by VR fusion and reconstruction technique, the selected patients underwent digital subtraction angiography(DSA), as control group, comparative analysis of diagnosis, sample cases respectively, pterional anterior clinoid dots(O) to build the three-dimensional coordinate system of human body, coronal, axial, sagittal plane were labeled as XY, XZ, YZ, aneurysm location marked as A, and A point were measured to three the plane(XY plane, XZ plane and YZ plane) to get the coordinates of the target distance, aneurysm value in the coordinate system, namely(x0, Y0, Z0), to determine the coordinates of the location of aneurysms of the anterior clinoid process and approach.Results: The selected 30 cases of patients with intracranial aneurysm were 35. The multislice spiral CT angiography(MSCTA) diagnosed 33 aneurysms, digital subtraction angiography(DSA) diagnosed 35 aneurysms. MSCTA and DSA can more intuitively and clearly show the artery aneurysm shape, size, etc.; in the aneurysm location: MSCTA of 32 aneurysms achieve more accurate three-dimensional positioning, in addition to a tiny aneurysm without positioning(due to near the skull base structure is not easy to distinguish), DSA in the diagnosis of 33 aneurysms in accordance with the anatomic location of the approximate location, and 2 cases of small aneurysm failed to locate(near the end of the blood vessel). Show that the sensitivity of MSCTA is slightly less than DSA, MSCTA measurement of aneurysm neck, the maximum diameter of the data is more accurate than DSA, MSCTA according to three-dimensional coordinates for positioning, the positioning accuracy rate is higher than DSA. There was no significant difference(P > 0.05) in the overall measurement of aneurysm.Conclusion: Multi slice spiral CT angiography VR image fusion technology can be the location of the multi-faceted display intracranial aneurysm and skull base structure, load hemangioma three-dimensional relationship etc., and pterional and anterior clinoid process to establish three-dimensional coordinate system which is accurate localization of intracranial aneurysm, for clinical treatment to provide help.
