| Objective: Using the Meta analysis, to combine the effect value about CIK tre atment of gastric cancer patients, to complete understanding the relationship bet ween CIK treatment and chemo treatment in survival quality improvement, clinica l effect and changes of lymphocyte. Methods: The date of this research is got from the following databases: Chinese biomedical literature database(CBM), the Chinese Biomedical Journals Citation Database(CMCC and CMAC), the Beijing Union Medical College doctor dissertat ion database, VIP Chinese science and technology periodical database(Web),Wan fang database and CNKI Chinese journal full text database(Web version),whic h based on CBM and the deadline is 2014.09.18, and we checked the citation liter ature. The outcome indicators is survive quality score, clinical effect(CR\PR\SD\P D), changing of lymphocytes, and we admitted column studies or randomized co ntrolled study. We used Revman5.2 software to analyze the continuous variable by SMD as a combined index, two classification variables by OR, analysis of eac h sub study combined I2 value and P value with random effect model, and use Meta analysis to combine the results of each researches. Results: In this research, we discussed 13 pieces of literature results about the i nfluence of the effect of chemotherapy +CIK treat on patients with gastric canc er by different angles. The result suggested that if we judge the effect accordin g to KPS changing, chemotherapy combined with CIK treatment compared with c hemotherapy, there were statistically significant differences [P<0.05,Total(95%C I): 9.84(5.68,19.16)], suggesting that CIK, as an intervention measures, can impr ove the patients’ KPS score, improve the quality of life. If we judge the effect according to RECTST’ efficiency rate of tumor control, chemotherapy combined with CIK treatment compared with chemotherapy, there were statistically significa nt difference [P<0.05,Total(95%CI): 1.88(1.29,2.73)], suggesting that CIK, as an i ntervention measures, can improve the efficiency rate of tumor control. If we jud ge the effect according to RECTST’ tumor control rate, chemotherapy combined with CIK treatment compared with chemotherapy alone, there were statistically significant differences [P<0.05,Total(95%CI): 2.30(1.46,3.65)], suggesting that CI K, as an intervention measures, can improve the tumor control rate. If we judge the effect according to the change of CD3+ cells’ number, chemotherapy combi ned with CIK treatment compared with chemotherapy alone, there were statistical ly significant differences [P<0.05,Total(95%CI): 4.85(1.86,7.85)], suggesting that CIK,as an intervention measures, can improve the CD3+ cell number. If we jud ge the effect according to the change of CD4+ cells’ number, chemotherapy co mbined with CIK treatment compared with chemotherapy alone, there were statist ically significant differences [P<0.05,Total(95%CI): 4.46(2.32,6.60)], suggesting t hat CIK,as an intervention measures, can improve the CD4+ cell number. If we judge the effect according to the change of CD8+,CD4+/CD8+ number, chemot herapy combined with CIK treatment compared with chemotherapy alone, there w as no significant difference(P>0.05), suggesting that CIK, as an intervention mea sures, can not determine whether this treatment can improve the number of CD8+,CD4+/CD8+ cells’ number.Conclusion:Combine-CIK chemotherapy can improve the life quality clinical efficacy and improve the immune status of patients with gastric cancer. |
