Gastric helicobacter pylori urease antibody detection kit(colloidal gold)method. A random sample about Xianyou county hospital gastroscopy and lived in xianyou county for more than 10 years, 35 years old in 190 cases. Male infection rate was 48.8%, the female HP infection rate was 45.0%, male HP infection rates than female; 55- and 65- age group HP infection rate is higher: 46.8%, 51.0%, the lowest ~ 75 age group HP infection rate: 41.9%. Xianyou HP infection risk factors for the public to be adults are: raising chickens, ducks, pigs and other poultry, always or offen eat in restaurant, occasionally or often do not use detergent lifestyle; Its protection factor is: a history of medication(non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs and antibiotics).
