Objective To observe the facial emotion recognition, cognitive functionin, clinical festures in Acute Ischemic Stroke(AIS),so that investigate the internal correlation between the facial emotion recognition and risk factors and cognitive function and so on.Methods Taken from 60 normal people of 360 photos of emotional expression, selection was stable recognition of 24 cases to express happiness?sadness ?anger ?fear of emotional images, build emotional faces cognitive test system(FECTS).59 patients with Acute Ischemic Stroke and 23 healthy subjects were selected randomly.Divided the AIS patients into three groups according to the result of brain MRI:the left hemisphere cerebral infarction group(n=23),the right hemisphere cerebral infarction group(n=23),the brain stem and cerebellum infarction group(n = 13).NIHSS was conducted for disease severity in all AIS.Mo CA,MMSE,ACE-R were conducted for cognitive function in all AIS.Fifth-nine AIS patients and 23 matched healthy controls were tested by FECTS.we analyzed correlations between the facial emotion recognition and risk factors and cognitive function. All the data were analyzed by SPSS software. All the drawings were drawed by Graphpad Prism 6.0 software. Results 1.Get recognition rate of more than 95% of the 24 emotional faces emotional faces photo from 360 emoticons in to build emotional faces cognitive test system(FECTS). 2.We analyzed the score of every facial emotion in each group with One Way Analysis of Variance, the results showed happiness, sadness, fear had statistical significance(p < 0.05).Comparison between groups according to the results, it showed statistical significance between the left hemisphere cerebral infarction and the other three group in identified the happiness; It showed statistical significance between the left hemisphere cerebral infarction, subtentorial infarction and control group in identified the sadness; It showed statistical significance between the right hemisphere cerebral infarction, subtentorial infarction and control group in identified; It showed statistical significance between the left hemisphere cerebral infarction, the right hemisphere cerebral infarction, the subtentorial infarction and control group. 3.It showed no clear correlation between happiness, sadness, anger, fear and age, sex, fasting blood-glucose,triglyceride,total cholesterol, low density lipoprotein cholesterol,NIHSS,hypertension. It showed significantly negative correlation between sad and atrial fibrillation. It showed significantly positive correlation between anger and education duration, and negative correlation between anger and uric acid. 4.It showed significantly correlation between happiness, sadness, anger, fear and the scores of MMSE,MOCA,ACE-R( p<0.05).It showed significantly correlation between happiness, sadness and attentional orienting, language. It showed significantly correlation between anger, fear and language, view space..Conclusion 1.AIS patients are impaired in recognizing emotions in face, especially happiness, sadness, fear. The left hemisphere cerebral infarction was the most severe in identified the happiness. The right hemisphere cerebral infarction was the more severein identified the anger, fear. 2.It showed no clear correlation between facial emotions recognitionand age, sex, fasting blood-glucose,triglyceride,total cholesterol, low density lipoprotein cholesterol, the score of NIHSS, hypertension. It showed significantly correlation between facel emotions recognitionand and education duration, uric acid, atrial fibrillation. 3.It showed significantly correlation between facial emotion and cognitive dysfunction after stroke. It showed correlation between facial emotion and attentional orienting, view space, language.
