Wireless Power Transfer(WPT) technology has gotten rapid development with its advantages of flexible, convenient and clean. The combination of WPT technology and other areas also promote the progress of power technology and its related fields of science. As a safe, reliable and flexible power supply, the introduction of WPT technology promote the development of implantable medical electronic devices.This paper focuses on the research of WPT technology which used in medical implants devices. Implantable medical electronic devices powered through wireless is designed to complete the energy wireless transmission from vitro to vivo and the signals wireless duplex transmission in vivo and vitro. The proposed system is also discussed. Output voltage requirements are met, and the efficiency of low-power energy transmission system is ensured. The entire system architecture is optimized. This study will help promote the development of WPT technology in implantable medical devices practical application.Around the research and development of wireless power supply devices for artificial heart, the basic principles and structure of WPT technology is introduced in this paper. Demand analysis is carried on and performance indexes are put forward. From two aspects of unidirectional transmission of energy and bidirectional transmission of signal, the functional module circuit design method of wireless power supply devices for artificial heart is introduced in details.According to the function module, the system circuit is divided to analyzed system offset and efficiency. The relations between pick-up voltage and resonant frequency, mutual in wireless power supply devices for artificial heart is gotten and system efficiency model is established. The main factors affecting the system overall efficiency is established. On the basis of the analysis of output voltage and loss, optimization scheme is proposed. Output voltage is controlled by the primary side controller. The secondary DC-DC link is eliminated to further enhance the overall efficiency of the system.The Simulink simulation models of energy and signal transmission of wireless power supply devices for artificial heart are established. And the results verify the feasibility of the scheme. According to the requirement of system design and simulation results, experimental verification circuit is build. The experimental results show that wireless power supply devices for artificial heart and system optimization scheme is effective and enforceable.
