Objective:Observation of heart failure patients with BNP and blood uric acid concentration changes, study the BNP hf patients and blood uric acid and NYHA heart function classification, heart echocardiography parameters(LVEDD, LADD and LVEF), explore the BNP and blood uric acid detection in patients with heart failure in the clinical application value. Methods:Methods: between December 2012 and May 2014 in our hospital 80 cases of patients with heart failure, according to NYHA on admission can be divided into three groups, each 20 cases, control group 20 cases healthy check-up for the same period. All the object of study after admission test blood BNP and uric acid, echocardiography, measuring LADd, LVEDD, LVEF. BNP with immunofluorescence measurement, uric acid with automatic analyzer test, echocardiography in 1000 color doppler ultrasonic diagnostic instrument testing. Using SPSS11.0 statistical software for statistical analysis. Results:The BNP and uric acid value increased with the degree of heart failure. Patients with NYHA class and blood uric acid value is NYHA high level and the control group(P Ⅳ Ⅲ Ⅱ< 0.01). BNP values with NYHA classification exist positive correlation(r = 0.813, P < 0.01); A negative correlation with LVEF(r = 0.322, P < 0.01). Uric acid value with NYHA classification exist positive correlation(r = 0.411, P < 0.01); No linear correlation with LVEFConclusion:Heart failure in patients with plasma BNP values and echocardiography index LADd and LVEDd were positively correlated, negative correlation with LVEF, NYHA heart function classification were positively correlated, so the BNP can be used as the diagnosis of heart failure, treatment effect and prognosis of ideal indicator.Blood uric acid value is an important index reflecting the severity of heart failure, the NYHA levels Ⅳand Ⅲpatients.
