Objective:By detecting hypersensitive C-reactive protein expression in the common skin disease, our ultimate purpose is in order to know the correlation of hypersensit ive C-reactive protein and clinical common skin disease; In the same time, we furt her analysis the expression of hypersensitive C-reactive protein in the occurrence an d development of skin diseases. Exploring the influencing factors of allergic elevated C-reactive protein in the skin disease, it is eventually used to guide the clinical di agnosis and identify similar skin diseases and evaluate the treatment effect and prog nosis of the skin disease. Methods:First of all, we collected 348 patients with skin diseases from the dermatology and168 patients with coronary heart disease from the cardiology in First Affiliated Hospital of Shanxi Medical University; Secondly, we extracted fasting venous blood in all patients with 4 ml, and detected quantitatively the expression of serum hs-CRP in all collected patients with automatic biochemical analyzer BECKMANU5800 biochemical instrument(2) by chemiluminescence analysis in checkout room.Thirdly, To Compare the positive rate of serum hs-CRP level in two groups with the statistical analysis, and classify hs-CRP expression of psoriasis, eczema, bullous pemphigoid, and erythema multiform by sex, age, skin lesion area, duration, then the groups were respectively for statistical analysis. 28 cases collected of hs-CRP in patients with skin disease were divided into two groups:before and after treatment, and carried on the statistical analysis. Finally, the factors that may affect the hs-CRP were carried on Multiariable Logistic regression analysis. Results:The average of hypersensitive C-reactive protein in skin disease group was 13.33mg/L and in coronary heart disease group(CHD) was 33.97 mg/L, The former was lower than that the latter, and there are significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).There are significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05), the positive rate was63.94% in Skin disease group and 94.05% in CHD group, it had significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05). The patients with hs-CRP elevated value in erythroderma group and bullous pemphigoid and multiform erythema group. Yet in most of skin conditions such as psoriasis, eczema, urticaria patients with moderate increases. The patients in allergic purpura, drug rash, pruritus, erysipelas skin disease with mild to moderate rising. In Eczema group and blister disease group and the psoriasis group which the course of long and short course group hs-CRP values have significant difference(P?0.001), hs-CRP has significant difference between longer and short course in erythema group(P ? 0.001), The hs-CRP have significant difference between different areas in eczema group and blisier blight group and erythema multiforme group and psoriasis group. The hs-CRP have significant difference between different gender in erythema multiforme group(P ? 0.001), The hs-CRP have significant difference between different ages in erythema multiforme group and psoriasis group(P?0.001). Eczema have acute eczema and subacute eczema and chronic eczema, and the hs-CRP have significant difference between differen eczema groupes. The hs-CRP median of 28 patients before treatment is28.06 mg/L, after treatment the median is 12.66 mg/L, the hs-CRP decrease obviously.Logistic regression analysis showed that age, skin lesion area and duration may be related to the expression of hs-CRP.Conclusion:1. Hypersensitive C-reactive protein was not a specific indicators in heart head blood-vessel diseases, and in many common skin diseases such as psoriasis, erythema multiform, eczema, urticaria, bullous disease, it is also significantly higher than that of normal value. Age, lesion area and course of the disease may be associated with hypersensitive C-reactive protein expression in skin diseases.2. The rise of hypersensitive C-reactive protein may have a correlation with the occurrence and development of some skin diseases.3. The rise of hs-CRP may be related with age, course of the disease, skin lesions, the expression of the hs-CRP may have certain causality, lesion area may be positive correlation to the rise of hs-CRP.4.Along with the improvement of condition, the hs-CRP value declines with skin lesion area reducing after treatment of the skin diseases.
