| Objective Through the animal experiment contrast sandblasting acid(SLA)group of implant and plasma oxidation sandblasting acid + sodium hydroxide solution immersion(SLAPlasma O-Na OH)group of implant in the different periods of bone formation and bone consolidation,to investigate effect of plasma oxidation and alkali storage double effect on sandblasting etching of titanium implant osseointegration.Methods 1 Preparation and grouping of implants The implants were divided into two groups,the experimental group was plasma oxidation sandblasting acid + sodium hydroxide solution immersion group(SLA-Plasma O-Na OH),the control group was sandblasting acid group(SLA),the preparation and processing of the plant is completed by the school of mechanical engineering and automation,Northeastern University.2 Experimental animal group Two New Zealand rabbits were randomly selected from 14 New Zealand rabbits,the experimental group(SLA-Plasma O-Na OH)and the control group(SLA)were treated with sterilization,implants were randomly implanted into rabbit left and right mandible for 2 weeks observation,killed two weeks later.3 Animal experiment process The operation process is strictly according to the process of aseptic operation,experimental rabbits in the supine position under general anesthesia,preparation of implants in the left and right mandible of rabbits,the left and right mandible of rabbits were randomly implanted into SLA-Plasma O-Na OH group and SLA group,implant site reference model,uniform implant sites in bone,it is advantageous to carry on the observation and comparison of the group.Results 1 Postoperative observation Animals wake up one hour after operation,postoperative recovery condition is good.2 Observation results of implant under CBCT CBCT results show,4 weeks of each group compared with the corresponding 2 weeks,obviously low density image area is less.Each weeks of implantation,The SLA-Plasma O-Na OH group showed better bone binding condition than SLA group.3 Results of the plant torsion output values After 2 weeks and 4 weeks,the animals were sacrificed,analysis of the binding force between implant and bone interface by portable torque tester,the results show that the torsion output of the SLA-Plasma O-Na OH group is greater than that of the SLA group at 2 weeks and 4 weeks(P<0.05),the torsion output values each group of 4 weeks are greater than corresponding each group of 2 week,the bone binding capacity of SLA-Plasma ONa OHgroup was better than that of SLA group.4 Observation result under C L S M This shows that the processing method of SLA-Plasma O-Na OH SLA is better than SLA,more conducive to the growth of bone mineralization.5 Toluidine blue staining results It showed that the treatment method of SLA-Plasma O-Na OH had better biocompatibility than SLA,can better guide bone regeneration,is conducive to the formation of new bone.6 New bone tissue metrology observation results Measurement of bone binding rate BIC in Image Pro Plus 6.0 image analysis software Image,and the bone binding rates of all the four groups were better than that of the 2 week group,indicates that the SLA-Plasma O-Na OH group is better than the SLA group in the bone consolidation.Conclusion 1The combined action of Plasma oxidation surface modification technology and stored iLye(Na OH)have good effect on the integration of bone and implant.2Pure titanium implants are viable in the medium of Na OH solution. |
