Discrepancy Of Target Organ Damage Caused By Varies Latent Hypertension

Purpose Study on discrepancy of target organ damage caused by varies latent hypertension.Meanwhile, early discovery and intervention could slow down the damage of target organ, decrease the rate of cardiovascular disease.Methods : Select patients who is hospitalized in Xinjiang Shi Hezi University No.1 Affiliated Hospital. Selected 220 patients of occult blood pressure and divided them into three group, which are daytime high blood pressure group(8:00am-0:00),night high blood pressure group(0:00-8:00am)and All-day-long high blood pressure group.Record diameter of arteria carotis,plaque, stenosis, right ventricle bore, outflow bore, aorta ascendens bore. Record and establish data base and analyze the discrepancy.Results:(1) The indicators of right outflow bore,VESV, stroke volume, carotid bulb,RV, FS, heart rate,EF have no statistical significance((P<0.05). Occult blood pressure group and control group indicators in aorta ascendance,RVID,LVPW have statistical significance((P<0.05).(2)The indicators of UA of renal function between occult high blood pressure group and control group have statistical significance(P>0.05). The discrepancy of Urea nitrogen and urine protein have no statistical significance(P<0.05). The rates of renal damage of control group,All-day-long high blood pressure group,daytime high blood pressure group and night high blood pressure group are15.6%、18.2%,31.74%,20%(3)The formation plaque of control group and occult high pressure group have statistical significance(P<0.05)(4)The discrepancy of cerebral injury of control group and occult high pressure group have statistical significance(P<0.05)Conclusion:(1)The result justified that occult high blood pressure have different rate of damage to target organ,cardiovascular system, CVS, RVS.(2)Occult high blood pressure cause variation in aorta ascendance,RVID,LVPW and have influence in formation of carotid artery plaque.(3)Occult high blood pressure can cause CI, according by early discovery and intervention, CI can be controlled.(4)Occult high blood pressure can cause renal function variation, according by early discovery and intervention, renal damage can be controlled...
