| Objective: to study the multiple row spiral CT coronary angiography(CTA) to the diagnosis of coronary artery malformations of mutation and value. Methods: retrospective analysis of 2009 ~ 2014 in August of 160 cases with screening for coronary CT angiography(CTA) and multiplanar reconstruction(MPR), maximum density projection(MIP)and volume reconstruction(VR) technology for data reconstruction and analysis, to observe the morphological, anatomical and of coronary artery of branches, further analysis about the different types of coronary artery variation and deformity. Results: 160 cases of 160 cases(52.5%) of coronary myocardial bridge vessels, including single vascular myocardial bridge 50 cases, accounting for 59.52%; Two vessels of myocardial bridge 20 cases, accounting for 23.81%, more than two vessels 14 cases of myocardial bridge, the(16.67%), 11 cases of coronary artery variation and deformity, accounting for 6.88%. Select 160 routine coronary angiography(the CAG), found that the myocardial bridge coronary arteries 33 cases, accounted for 20.63%, coronary artery variation and deformity in 11 cases, accounting for 6.88%.Conclusion:CTA can clearly indicate the presence of myocardial bridge, can be extremely accurate display coronary artery fistula, and can clear the fistula location, shape and line path with the surrounding space, the size of the fistula, quantity, and the relationship between in and out of the displayed the accurate anatomical structure of the heart. |
