Too large anterior tooth space, anterior tooth chamfer defect and pulpitis are common diseases of oral cavity. The repair therapy for anterior tooth space and anterior tooth chamfer defect, involves aesthetics. If we adopt the technique of multi shade nano composite resin restoration, we can both restore the functions and Implement aesthetic repair. Root canal therapy is the best treatment for pulpitis, which success has much to do with the root anatomy. It is difficult to treat the distolingual roots of the first molar in permanent mandibular and the C-shaped root canals of the second molar in permanent mandibular not only because of great anatomic variations, but because the root canals are bent and easy to be missed. At present, we mainly adopt dental operating microscope, machine nickel titanium system, ultrasonic root canal system and hot gutta-percha, combined with tooth x-ray films, through which perfect preparations, disinfection and filling of root canals can be realized. In this paper, we focus on the analysis and elaboration of the two treatment methods, namely the multi shade nano composite resin restoration technique and the root canal treatment, as well as their operating points. Then we make a preliminary evaluation on the efficacy of the treatments, and accumulate clinical experience.
