Objective: To analysis adult patients of odontogenic Angle ???1 by CBCT images and discuss the morphological characteristics of the alveolar bone of maxillary incisor and its support bone space position relations, to offer a certain reference value about to avoid the fenestration and dehiscence when moving the anterior teeth inward in clinical. Methods: To conducted on 60 CBCT images of adult patients(divieded the low angle?average angle?high angle and according to the gender is divided into two groups, each group of 10 people;the age18~45) who conform to the standard from 2014 to 2016 in the first affiliated hospital of shanxi medical university Oral Cavity, and measure the thickness(labial?palatal thickness) on different levels and the inclination of the teeth, measurement data using SPSS18.0 software package independent sample t-test, analysis of variance and correlation analysis. Results: 1.the labial alveolar bone thickness at different levels(L1 ~ L4) and different vertical type patients: the high Angle groups and the average Angle groups were no significant(p > 0.05), low Angle groups > high Angle groups and the average Angle groups; the labial alveolar bone thickness at different levels(L1 ~ L4) and patients with different gender: low Angle groups were significant on the(L1 ~ L3)level(p < 0.05) male > female, the others were no significant. 2. the palatal alveolar bone thickness at different vertical type(L1 ~ L4) in patients with different level was statistically difference(p < 0.05), the male > female; In the same gender(L1 ~ L4) there are differences between different levels, low Angle groups > all Angle groups, high Angle groups. 3. The inclination of the teeth as the independent variable of Pearson correlation analysis results: labial thickness of alveolar bone in different levels(L1 ~ L4) and the incisor inclination were positive correlation; Lingual alveolar bone thickness at different levels(L1 ~ L4) were negative correlation, and the absolute value of correlation coefficient, in turn, has increased in the direction of root tip. Conclusion: The thickness on adult incisor area of the alveolar bone are closely related to the gender, vertical type, and labial inclination of incisors, so, when recycling the incisor, the palatal and lip thickness of the tooth alveolar bone decided the teeth move limits. On clinic,we should be based on patients morphological characteristics of the alveolar bone in incisor area to determine the of the movement of teeth and scope, avoiding the iatrogenic consequences.
