Studies On The Chemical Constituents Of Lamiophlomis Rotata

In the past 30 years of listed drugs,about 40% of the drug's main ingredient is directly or indirectly from natural products.It's illustrates the natural products in modern drug research is of great significance,and the plant medicine is the most important part of it. Thus it is also found that the important source of modern medicine. In this paper,medicinal plant is involved in the plant medicine family of one of them. Existing research shows that its contain rich,diverse and the structure of the bioactive chemical composition. So to carry out the system to its chemical research are helpful for to found the new structure of the compound and to do some further drug development.There are three parts in the follow article,the first part is the chemical constituents and biological activity of Lamiophlomis rotata(Benth.) Kudo. The main component of Lamiophlomis rotata(Benth.) Kudo is iridoids,flavonoids,also have Phenylethyl alcohol glycosides and other compounds. To the current,tens of kinds Iridoids isolated from Lamiophlomis rotata(Benth.) Kudo.The second part is the chemical constituents study of Lamiophlomis rotata(Benth.) Kudo. The compounds were isolated by MCI chromatography,silicagel chromatography and preparative HPLC,and their structures were elucidated on the spectroscopic methods and basis of chemical.Twenty-five compounds were isolated from Lamiophlomis rotata(Benth.) Kudo,and were identified as ?-sitosterol(1),verbascoside(2),shanzhiside methylester(3),chlorotuberoside(4),8-epi-7-deoxyloganin(5),salidroside(6),apigenin-7-O-?-D-glucoside(7),luteolin(8),3,4-dihydroxybenzoic acid(9),3-(3,4-dihydroxy-phenyl)-acrylic acid(10),cis-2,4,5-trihydroxycinnamic acid(11),3,4-dihydroxyphenylethanol(12),(E)-4-hydroxyhex-2- e n o i c a c i d( 1 3), 2, 5- d i h y d r o x y- b e n z o i c a c i d( 1 4), 3 ?- h y d r o x y- 5 ?,6 ?- e p o x y- 7- m e g a s t i g m e n- 9- o n e( 1 5), l o l i o l i d e( 1 6), i s o l o l i o l i d e( 1 7),luteolin-7-O-?-D-glucoside(18),lamiophlomiol B(19),lamiophlomiol A(20),7-deoxyloganic acid(21),rhexifoline(22),lamiophlomiol D(23),lamiophlomiol E(24),lamiophlomiol F(25). Compounds 23 and 24?25 are novel new compounds. Compounds 6,22 and 11~17 are isolated from this plant for first time.The third part is using MS-HPLC to identify the main chemical composition of the iridoid parts. It would be a good bedding for the future research.
