The Clinic Effectiveness Observation Of Chai Ling Shan Bei Decoction With RCHOP Program To Treat The NHL Of Qi Depressed And Sputum Gathered

Objective:Evaluate the efficacy and safety of chai ling shan bei decoction with RCHOP program to treat the NHL of qi depressed and sputum gathered.Methods:Grouped the 72 patients who meet the criteria of the group into Chinese medicine plus chemotherapy group (A group) and chemotherapy group (B group) by random number method,36 cases in each. Both groups received the RCHOP chemotherapy program for 2 cycles, A group take the traditional Chinese medicine chai ling shan bei decoction at the start of RCHOP chemotherapy program,150 ml/bid (morning and evening). Observing bone marrow suppression circumstances after treatment; changing situation of peripheral blood (WBC, NEUT,PLT, Hb) of two groups patients; the change of TCM clinical symptoms and quality of Life; the occurrence of abnormal ECG and the occurrence of abnormal liver and kidney function.Result:1 Curative effect evaluation:incidence of bone marrow suppression of A group is 68.57%,B group is 94.29%, A group is lower than B group, discrepancy had statistical significance (P<0.05). Distribution of bone marrow suppression of A and B group compared, discrepancy had statistical significance (P<0.05). Compared with the B group, the range of hemogram reduction of A group after therapy is smaller, discrepancy had statistical significance (P<0.05). TCM symptom improve efficiency of A group is 65.71%, B group is 8.57%, A group is higher than B group, discrepancy had statistical significance (P<0.05). Curative effect degree of improvement of TCM symptom of A and B group compared, discrepancy had statistical significance (P<0.05). Compared with the B group, the decline range of TCM symptom total score and single TCM symptom score of A group after therapy is bigger, discrepancy had statistical significance (P<0.05). Compared with the B group, increase amplitude of the KPS scores of A group after treatment is bigger, discrepancy had statistical significance (P<0.05).2 Evaluate the occurrence of abnormal ECG and the occurrence of abnormal liver and kidney function:kidney function is normal; incidence of abnormal liver function compared(P>0.05), discrepancy had no statistical significance, incidence of abnormal ECG compared(P>0.05), discrepancy had no statistical significance.Conclusion:1. Chai ling shan bei decoction can reduce the incidence of bone marrow suppression and improve the degree of bone marrow suppression.2. Chai ling shan bei decoction can improve hemogram reduction.3. Chai ling shan bei decoction can improve the clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine and improve the quality of life of patients.
