Effect Umbilical Clinical Observation For The Treatment Of Knee Osteoarthritis

Objective: This issue to observe every medicine moxibustion umbilical treatment the clinical curative effect of knee osteoarthritis, variations were observed before and after treatment of knee pain and function, rich idea and method for the treatment of knee osteoarthritis, perfect theoretical basis for clinical treatment.Methods: Recruited 60 patients, divided into two groups by random number table. Umbilical therapy, treatment group with every effect compared with common acupuncture treatment, a total of four courses of treatment. After the treatment using VAS pain score and WOMAC function score, score changes before and after the treatment.Results:(1) Treatment group and control group after treatment had fallen to VAS score than before treatment, P < 0.05, there is significant difference, the comparison between the two groups P > 0.05, there is no significant difference;(2)WOMAC score has dropped the two groups after treatment, P < 0.05, there is significant difference, the treatment group compared with control group P < 0.05, significant differences.Conclusion: The isolation effect umbilical treatment of knee osteoarthritis, which can effectively alleviate symptoms of patients with knee joint pain, and in improving the function of the knee joint state is superior to the ordinary acupuncture treatment, characteristic, simple and safe and feasible, is worth promoting.
