| Objective: To observe and analyze the t-PA intravenous thrombolytic therapy combined with musk Sihuang particles Fushi effect of acute ischemic stroke phlegm, to explore its mechanism of action, safety and other issues to provide reference for further clinical application.Methods:Will meet the inclusion criteria, 60 patients were randomly divided into reatment group and control group, two groups of 30 patients. Two groups of patients herein are t-PA intravenous thrombolytic therapy and conventional treatment group in the former based on the use of musk four yellow particles. After two weeks of treatment, statistics and NIHSS score were compared, relevant laboratory parameters TCM syndrome score and Creactive protein, fibrinogen, analysis of the efficacy and safety assessment.Results: After treatment, patients were neurological deficits were improved(P <0.01), in which the treatment group compared with the control group that were significantly(P <0.01), the treatment group than the control group significantly reduced symptom scores(P < 0.01). After treatment, reducing the level of C- reactive protein in the two groups of patients, fibrinogen and other indicators, the treatment group compared with the control group that were significantly(P <0.01). Thrombolytic treatment group after three cases of bleeding in different parts of the control group, there have been five cases of bleeding after thrombolysis. Treatment group during treatment of one case of diarrhea, after a small meal to correct the frequency of service, improving diarrhea in 1 day, the Institute had little impact data, two other security indicators have not traced to obvious abnormalities.Conclusion: t-PA intravenous thrombolytic therapy to musk four yellow particles, can improve neurological function in patients with ischemic stroke damage, improve the quality of life of patients and improve the prognosis, and more secure, worthy of clinical application. |
