| Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Shen Fu Xin granule in the treatment of chronic congestive heart failure complicated with pulmonary hypertension.Methods: 1 30 patients were selected from the "project" Research on TCM treatment of chronic heart failure project(the project belongs to the national science and technology support projects in 11 th Five-Year).The original project selected a total of 300 patients with chronic heart failure,using a stratified,randomized method,the subjects were divided into treatment group and control group.The treatment group at the same time take western medicine standardized treatment of chronic heart failure and shenfuyixin granule treatment;the control group of Western medicine in chronic heart failure standard treatment combined with simulated drug shenfuyixin granule,the treatment period is 6 months.This topic is based on further screening,a total of 30 patients with chronic congestive heart failure with pulmonary high pressure into the artery.The patients with standard issue has been unblinded: the treatment group 14 cases,control group 16 cases.The clinical use of questionnaire,observation and treatment after 6 months of treatment group and control group before and after treatment 6min walking test,NYHA heart function and clinical symptoms,hemodynamics.All data are used spss20.0 statistical analysis software to carry on the statistics and analysis,the measurement data before and after treatment were compared using a paired t test,established by independent samples t test,ranked data by rank sum test.Results: two groups of patients before treatment 1 baseline for each indicator,no statistical significance,comparable(P>0.05);2 two groups of patients before and after treatment 6 min walking test comparison: the treatment group 6 minutes walking distance from(312.78±43.87)m increased(419.44±55.54)m,increased(106.67±23.59)m,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01);The control group by(330.55±96.22)to increase(356.82±68.22)m,difference(26.27±35.56)m,there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05);For 6 minutes walking distance difference between the two groups(62.63±28.27)m,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).By the difference between the cases after treatment for 6 months,the two groups according to NYHA cardiac functional grading changes: the treatment group improved in 3 cases,effective in 5 cases,ineffective in 1 cases,the deterioration of the cases;control group,markedly effective in 5 cases,ineffective in 3 cases,and deteriorated in 2 cases,two groups was statisticaly significant(P < 0.05).4 before and after treatment in two groups of symptoms score changes: the treatment group(17.33 + 5.39)down to(4.27 + 3.30),which markedly effective in 8 cases,effective in 1 cases,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);the control group by(15.05 + 6.11),down(8.73 + 3.84),effective in 1 cases,effective in 7 cases,invalid in 2 cases,deteriorated in 1 cases,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The two groups,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Two 5 groups of patients before and after the hemodynamic changes were not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion: 1 of Shenfu Yixin Granule on chronic congestive heart failure combined with pulmonary artery hypertension was safe and effective,can improve the exercise tolerance of patients can improve patients with NYHA class,improve the clinical symptoms of the patients;2 of Shenfu Yixin Granule on chronic congestive heart failure and pulmonary artery of patients with high hemodynamic has little effect;3 of Shenfu Yixin granule for traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of heart failure complicated with pulmonary hypertension provides a possibility. |
