The Preventive Effect Of Buyanghuanwu Decoction With Methylprednisolone Gel-release To Failed Back Surgery Syndrome

Objects:1.Define the preventive effect of methylprednisolone sodium hyaluronate gel-release to failed back surgery syndrome;2.Clarify the synergies between buyang huanwu decoction and methylprednisolone sodium hyaluronate gel-release in the process of preventing failed back surgery syndrome.Methods:30 male rabbits were randomly divided into three groups: A(n=10),B(n=10),C(n=10).After adaptive feeding for one week, through surgery slit their back, remove T9 spinous process and lamina, expose spinal cord. Using artery clamp get spinal cord and make model in 15s.Then suture group A in a conventional way, suture group B and group C after filling methylprednisolone sodium hyaluronate gel-release in the treatment zone. From the second day after surgery, do oral treatment to the rabbits of group C every day with buyang huanwu decoction. The daily dose is 6.5ml/kg.Do BBB score testing and SEP testing respectively to the three groups at the day of surgery, one week after that, three weeks after that, six weeks after that. Six weeks after surgery, collect specimens of spinal and make tissue sections centers on T9 segment, stained with HE and Immunofluorescence. Each detection index were recorded, data collected and statistical analyzed.Results:Capacity test results show that:A, B, C speed and extent of recovery in the three groups after the model function showed a increasing trend. C group function recover faster, higher levels of B group, A group is the worst. The results of nerve electrophysiological examination showed that after all the time points SEP latency and amplitude and the day of surgery were statistically significant (P< 0.05), C group, SEP latency curve was lower than the other two groups, and decreased more rapidly. C group SEP was high than the other two groups, and increased faster. HE staining showed:A, B, C three group HE staining scar area is decreasing, the difference between groups was statistically significant (P< 0.05); immunofluorescence staining showed that A, B, C three groups of immune fluorescence semi quantitative value is decreasing, the difference between groups was statistically significant (P< 0.05).Conclusion:1.Methylprednisolone sodium hyaluronate gel-release has a preventative effect to failed back surgery syndrome;2.Buyanghuanwu decoction with Methylprednisolone sodium hyaluronate gel-release can enhance the preventive effect of failed back surgery syndrome.
