| Objective: To employ the Traditional Chinese Medicine comprehensive treatment of The chinese herbal oral administration of Yiweixiao combined with mifepristone for unbroken phase of ectopic gestation sufferers and to take the clinical observation on the two weeks short-term clinical effects,the level of serum ?-HCG dropped,required time for serum ?-HCG dropped to normal,the level of pelvic masses diminishing,required time of pelvic masses diminished,untoward effect after taking medicine,the liver?renal and hematopoietic function damage of the medicine,the clinic significance of The chinese herbal oral administration of Yiweixiao combined with compound mifepristone would be investigated and the foundation for clinical application would be offered.Methods:Of 70 cases from April 2015 to February 2016 came from gynecology patients of zhengzhou,Chinese medicine hospital in Henan province,those of unbroken phase of ectopic gestation sufferers who conformed to entry criteria were listed as the research objects.Cases were randomized into 2 groups by the use of random number table(35 patients in each group),1 case from treatment group used the mifepristone combined with MTX due to continuous rise of ?-HCG,1 case from treatment group abandoned the treatment,2 cases from control group used the operation because of more pain and bigger masses,2 cases from control group escaped,those of who were rejected according to the rejection criteria;Eventually 33 cases for treatment group and 31 cases for control group.The treatment group were treated with comprehensive therapy of Yiweixiao combined with mifepristone while the control group were treated only with mifepriston.control group take compound mifepriston 70 mg for 3 days by warm water the same morning,fast water and food 2 hours before and after medication.Treatment group take Yiweixiao along with the disease to add and subtract herbal oral on the basis of the above methods.1 dose a day,points to drink in the morning and evening,seven days for a course,a total of two courses.?-HCG values were monitored at the 3,7,14 day of the courses,and B ultrasonic was monitored once a week.Finally,the two groups overall efficacy of the level of serum ?-HCG dropped,required time for serum ?-HCG dropped to normal,the level of pelvic masses diminishing,required time of pelvic masses diminished to normal,untoward effect after taking medicine,the liver and renal damage of the medicine was contrasted.Results:(1)The total effective rate to compare 93.93% in the treatment group was 74.19% in the control group,two groups were significantly different(P<0.05);(2)Treatment group after treatment 3,7,14 daysserum ?-HCG values(unit:m IU/m1)were 253.83±240.41?53.68±38.53?3.32±2.99,control group after treatment 3,7,14 daysserum re 365.82±253.42?119.90±138.21?15.63±27.33,the serum ?-HCG values of the treatment group and control groupmedication after treatment 3,7,14 days,respectively were significantly different(P<0.05);(3)The time for serum ?-HCG dropped to normal(unit:days)for 13.85±2.10?16.03±3.58,the two groups compared,was significantly different(P<0.05);(4)The level(unit:mm)of pelvic masses diminishing in treatment group after treatment 7,14 days were 13.43±5.78?5.88±4.17;14.03±4.09?7.55±3.38 in control group,a significant difference(P<0.05);(5)The time(unit:days)of pelvic masses diminished for19.73±6.65?25.74±8.92,the two groups compared,was significantly different(P<0.05);(6)The rate of untoward effect after taking medicine for 9.09 % of treatment group,22.58% of control group,was significantly different(P<0.05);(7)The rate of the liver?renal and hematopoietic function damage of the medicinefor 9.09 % in the treatment group,45.16% in the control group,was significantly different(P<0.05);Conclusion:Mifepristone strong anti-progesterone and Traditional Chinese medicine Yiweixiao mixture used in combination,can quickly kill the embryo,promote the decline of the serum ?-HCG and speed up the ectopic gestation mass reduced and reduce the clinical symptoms of abdominal pain,is a conservative treatment of unbroken phrase of ectopic gestation. |
