Analysis Of Curative Effect Of Jiuganning Decoction Combined With Negative Ion Therapy On Alcoholic Liver Injure

Objective:To observe the comparison of therapeutic effect of simple jiuganning Decoction and combined with negative ion therapy on alcoholic liver injury treatment; to summarize the experience in treatment of alcoholic liver disease, open innovation mode of thinking and treatment measures; and to demonstrate environment of TCM health preservation methods in clinical and daily life of application value.Method: experimental study: 105 Wistar rats, were randomly divided into two groups(jiuganning Decoction group, group of negative ion and jiuganning combined with negative ion group, etc.), given alcohol modeling using both groups of drugs and therapy, observed after 12 weeks of experiment, on rats of serology and liver tissue pathology and immunohistochemical examination, to establish a database, using single factor analysis of variance, draws the conclusion. Clinical study: 60 patients divided into treatment group of jiuganning combined with negative ion group and control group, 30 cases in each group, the laboratory indexes of the two groups, clinical symptoms and signs, images were observed in 2 and 4 weeks after treatment respectively. And the peripheral blood to judge the curative effect, and the results were compared.Results: jiuganning combined with negative air ions in the improvement of alcoholic liver injury of oxidation and lipid metabolism and other aspects has certain prevention and treatment of, and the patient's clinical symptoms were obviously improved.Conclusion: negative ions and alcoholic liver decoction can to some extent reduce liver cell injury, degeneration, necrosis or apoptosis, stabilize hepatocyte membrane, enhance antioxidant capacity, promote the repair and regeneration of liver tissues. Combined, the curative effect is better.
