Pharmaceutical Study Of Xiaoyi Mingmu Granules

Subject: To preparate and evaluate the TCM named Xiaoyi Mingmu Granules used to treat diabetic ratinopathy,and then,study on its preparation process,quality standard and preliminary stability.Methods: Pharmaceutical indicators was used as an indicator to screen the preparation route; Study on the extraction,concentration,drying and molding process by single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment, And investigate the stability of the preparation. Appropriate identification of five Herbs were made by TLC; Astragaloside, Loganin and Morroniside were measured respectively by HPLC.Results: The best preparation technology was: Crushing Hordeum into powder, reserving it; take the other five Herbs, add decoction of right amount water twice, once with 10 times the amount, plus 8 times the amount of the second refluxed for 2 hours,the combined filtrates was concentrated to the relative density was 1.15~1.20(60?). Mix the above powder,starch and sucralose to 1000 g, spray drying, blending, Packaging. Spots were obtained from the test solutions and without interference. The purity of Astragaloside was no Less than 0.1% and the purity of Loganin and Morroniside was no Less than 1.2%.6 months stabiLity test shows each index compLy with the requirements.Conclusion: The preparation process of the Xiaoyi Mingmu Granules was steady; the quality of the Capsule can be controlled and the determination methods can be reproduced.
