| Objective: The purpose of the study is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of the Codonopsis,Astragalus and Rehmannia Decoction combined with tacrolimus and low-dose corticosteroids in treatment of nephrotic idiopathic membranous nephropathy(?-?).Methods: The collection of idiopathic membranous nephropathy patients fulfilled the pattern of Qi Yin deficiency and blood stasis syndrome of traditional Chinese medical science 60 patients were divided into 2 groups, treatment group and control group 30 patients. The control group to tacrolimus,low-dose corticosteroids and other western based.Treatment group therapy on the basis of western medicine plus Traditional Chinese medicine the Codonopsis,Astragalus and Rehmannia Decoction,treatment for six months.To observe the patient's symptoms and signs,and a quantitative score; and laboratory parameters, such as The 24 hour urine protein quantitation, serum albumin, serum creatinine, estimate the glomerular filtration rate(eGFR), liver function, blood sugar and monitor tacrolimus blood concentration and the side effects of hormones cause and rebound of recurrence phenomenon appeared in the process of reduction, curative effectassessment.Results: The results show that the test group in improving clinical symptoms and test indicators are better than the control group; experimental group overall incidence of side effects than the control group in hormones of tacrolimus and corticosteroids,the experimental group the incidence of hormonal side-effects of low overall In the control group.Conclusion: The Codonopsis,Astragalus and Rehmannia Decoction combined with tacrolimus and low-dose corticosteroids in treatment of nephrotic idiopathic membranous nephropathy with increased steroid effect, reducing the role of hormone toxicity, combined treatment of Primary nephritic syndrome in the Western worthy of further study application. |
