The Effects Of Apelin-13 On Pancreatic Pathology,serum Amylase,CRP,TNF-?,IL-1? And IL-6 Of The Acute Necrotizing Pancreatitis In Rats

Objective:To investigate the effects of Apelin-13 on the pancreatic pathology,survival rate, ascites volume,serum amylase, CRP,TNF-a,IL-1?and IL-6 of the severe necrotizing pacreastitis(ANP) in rats.Methods: Eighty-four, health and clean SD rats were average divided into three groups randomly: control group(C group), ANP group(S group) and the treatment group with apelin-13 of the acute necrotizing pacreastitis(A group). The ANP models were introduced by pancreatic retrograde injection with 5% of taurocholic acid sodium salt. At the same time, S and A group were pretreated with an injection of saline and Apelin-13(0.1ug/g) into the rats via tail vein 5min after establish a model of the acute necrotizing pacreastitis.Ten rats of each group are taken to observe their survival rate within 24 hours after operation. For the rest of the rats, serum amylase, TNF-?,CRP, IL-1?,IL-6 and the pancreatic pathology were observed and measured at 3, 6, 12 h after operation.Results: Compared with control group,the serum amylase, TNF-?, CRP, IL-1 ?,IL-6 and pancreatic pathological scores of ANP group were significantly increased(P<0.05). Meanwhile, the survival rate of ANP group is significantly decrease compared with the control group(P<0.05). Moreover, Compared with ANP group, the above mentioned indexes of treatment group were significantly decreased(P<0.05). the rate of survival in treatment group is significantly increased compared with the ANP group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Apelin-13 can reduce the concentration of CRP, TNF-a, IL-1?and IL-6 in the serum of the acute necrotizing pancreatitisand rats, and alleviate the inflammation in acute necrotizing pancreatitis rats.
