Objective:To explore the effects of percutaneous transforaminal mirror combined with ozone in the treatment of protrusion of lumbar intervertebral disc,and to provide an efficient method to improve the safety of leg pain and limb function for clinical treatment.Methods:82 cases of patients with protrusion of lumbar intervertebral disc in a certain hospital of top three from January 2014 to December 2014 were selected and devided into observation group and control group by stochastic synthesis sequential equilibrium method according to the double blind principle,with 41 cases in each group.The control group were given interlaminar fenestration combined with ozone injection,and the observation group were given percutaneous transforaminal mirror combined with ozone injection treatment.The operative parameters of the two groups were compared,including the operation time, the amount of bleeding during operation, the amount of resection, the volume of the bite, and the length of hospital stay.The visual analog scale(VAS) was used for quantitative evaluation of postoperative incision pain and leg pain degree at every time,and the dysfunction index scale(ODI) was used to evaluate the lumbar function recovery effects of patients in the two groups at different time points,then the modified Mac Nab standard was used to evaluate the effects of short and long term treatment.All of the patients in the two groups were followed up for 1 year, and the complications were observed and compared.Results:(1)Operation indexes comparison:The operation timen and length of hospital stay of the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group,and the amount of bleeding during operation,the amount of resection and the volume of the bite of the formmer were significantly decreased compared with those of the latter,and the differences in the datas between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)VAS scores of postoperative incision pain comparison between the two groups: The VAS scores of the observation group after 1h,4h,8h,12 h and 24 h of operation were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared between the same group,the VAS scores of the two groups at 4h,8h,12 h and 24 h after operation were significantly decreased compared with those at 1h after operation(P<0.05).The VAS scores of the two groups at 12 h and 24 h after operation were significantly decreased conpared with those at 4h after operation(P<0.05).The VAS scores of the two groups at 12 h and 24 h after operation were significantly decreased conpared with those at 8h after operation(P<0.05).The VAS scores of the two groups at 24 h after operation were significantly decreased conpared with those at 12 h after operation(P<0.05).(3)VAS scores of lumbocrural pain comparison between the two groups: There was no significant difference in the VAS scores between the observation and control group before operation(P > 0.05),which were significantly decreased at 1 month,3 months,6 months and 1year after operation(P<0.05).Compared between the same group,the VAS scores of the observation group at every time after operation and the control group at 3 months,6 months and 1year after operation were significantly decreased compared with those before operation(P<0.05).The VAS scores of the observation group at 3 months,6 months and 1year after operation and the control group at 6 months and 1year after operation were significantly decreased compared with those at 1 month after operation(P<0.05).The VAS scores of the two groups at 6 months and 1year after operation were significantly decreased compared with those at 6 months after operation(P<0.05).(4)ODI indexes of lumbar function comparison between the two groups: There was no significant difference in the ODI values between the observation and control group before operation(P > 0.05),which were significantly decreased at 1 month,3 months,6 months and 1year after operation(P<0.05).Compared between the same group,the ODI valaues of the observation group at every time after operation and the control group at 3 months,6 months and 1year after operation were significantly decreased compared with those before operation(P<0.05).The ODI values of the observation group at 3 months,6 months and 1year after operation and the control group at 6 months and 1year after operation were significantly decreased compared with those at 1 month after operation(P<0.05).The ODI values of the two groups at 6 months and 1year after operation were significantly decreased compared with those at 6 months after operation(P<0.05).(5)Effects of short and long term treatment comparison between the two groups:The differences were statistically significant in the level comparision of cffects of short and long term treatment between the observation group and the control group(P<0.05),and the excellent and good rates of short and long term treatment in the observation group were 95.12% and 90.24% respectively,which were 70.73% and 60.98% in the control group,of which the formmer were significantly higher than those of the latter(P<0.05).Compared between the same group,there were no significant differences in the excellent and good rates of short and long term treatment of the two groups(P>0.05).(6)No complications occurred in the observation group during the follow-up,and the rate of complications in the control group was 4.08%(2/49),between which there was no significant different in the rates of complications(P>0.05).Conclusion:The application of percutaneous transforaminal mirror combined with ozone in the treatment of protrusion of lumbar intervertebral disc has significant effects,and the operation indexes improve more significantly than those of the conditional interlaminar fenestration combined with ozone,and the postoperative incision pain is decreased,as well as the lumbocrural pain,of which the lumbar function is significantly inproved compared with that of the latter.In the near and long-term effects and complications,the percutaneous transforaminal mirror combined with ozone has more advantages than the interlaminar fenestration combined with ozone.Comparison of two surgical methods, the former is more minimally invasive, which can effectively reduce the surgical trauma and promote rapid recovery after surgery.
