The Curative Effect Observation Of The Herbs On The Level Of Serum C-reactive Protein And Interleukin Of DLSAO

Objective: By observing the effects,the role and the efficacy of the clinical symptoms integral and the clinical indicators,the author explored mechanism of herbs on diabetic patients with lower limb arteriosclerosis. The experiment results show that the herbs can lower the levels of inflammation cytokines, inhibition of thrombosis and relieve symptoms of patients, thus providing guidance for clinical practice.Methods: 75 diabetic patients with lower limb arteriosclerosis patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The former with 40 cases was given herbs and alprostadil injection, while the later with 35 cases was given alprostadil injection singly on the basic therapy of hypoglyce mic, hypotensive regulating blood lipids and anti-platelet aggregation. The intergration and efficacy of clinical symptom as well as the parameters were observed before and after treatment, which including inflammation cytokines(CRP, IL-6), FPG, 2hPG, Hb A1 C, blood lipids(TC, TG, LDL-C, HDL-C), blood rheology series and blood dynamics of lower limbs.Results:1 Total effective rate of treatment group was 92.1%, better than of control group 75%.2 After treatment,the statistical comparison of inflammation cytokines, FPG, 2hPG, HbA1 C, blood lipids(TC, TG, LDL-C, HDL-C), blood rheology series and the inner diameter as well as peak velocity of blood flow of double lower limb artery between before and after treatment showed that P<0.05, which had been calculated to be statistically significant difference.3 The statistical comparison of inflammation cytokines, blood rheology series and the inner diameter as well as peak velocity of blood flow of double lower limb artery between the two groups after treatment showed that P<0.05, through professional inspection, which had been proved to be statistically significant difference. The treatment group was superior to control group.4 Results of the blood routine examination, urine routine examination, liver function, kidney function of all cases before and after the treatment showed that P>0.05, which was not statistically significant. Adverse drug reaction and clinical adverse events have not been observed during the process of experiment.Conclusions: The study shows that, the Activating Blood C irculation and Resolving Stasis Medicinal Herbs, aiming to supplement the vital energy and nourish Yin and to promote blood circulation and dredge meridian, can lower blood sugar, regulate lipid metabolism, reduce serum inflamma tory factors, improve the lever of blood flow changers and restrain the form of thrombus, thus have important significance for the prevention and treatment of diabetic patients with lower limb arteriosclerosis. And that the clinical curative effect of drugs on the early treatment of DLASO is safe and feasible.
