Objective:To detect the expression level of CD163+TAMs in tumor associated macrophages of ascites in patients with ovarian cancer, and to explore the relationship between CD 163+ TAMs level and clinical pathological characteristics in patients with ovarian cancer. Methods:This paper collected 21 cases from during January 2014 to October 2015 in Department of gynaecology of Southeast University Affiliated Zhongda Hospital diagnosis for the clinical and pathological data of patients with ovarian cancer by magnetic activated cell sorting method, the expression level of CD163+TAMs cytometry method of detection of all patients with ascites tumor associated macrophages flow, and to analyze the relationship CD163+TAMs expression level and patients with clinical pathological features. Results:The present study showed that the expression level of CD163+TAMs was correlated with histological grade, FIGO stage, residual tumor size, and the response of patients to platinum based treatment (P<0.05). There was no significant correlation between the age, the age of menopause, and the proportion of CD163+TAMs (P>0.05). Further analysis of the relationship between CD163+TAMs levels and ascites showed that the amount of ascites and CD163+TAMs had significant correlation (P<0.001), which showed significant positive correlation. Analysis of the relationship between CD163+TAMs ratio and CA125 showed that there was no significant correlation between CA125 and CD163+TAMs (P=0.09). The area under the ROC curve of CD163+TAMs was 0.929, which was statistically significant (P=0.002), and CD163+TAMs was significant for the diagnosis of platinum resistance. Optimal diagnostic critical value:44.55%. Patients with more than the value of the value of the drug is relatively easy to tolerate platinum drugs. The area under the ROC curve associated with lymph node metastasis was 0.936, with statistical significance (P=0.001), and CD163+TAMs was significant for the diagnosis of lymph node metastasis. The best diagnostic critical value:40.20%.It is suggested that lymph node metastasis is relatively easy to occur in patients with this value.Conclusion:1.TAMs plays an important role in promoting the occurrence and development of ovarian cancer.2.TAMs in the mechanism of platinum resistance in ovarian cancer patients may be through the secretion of cytokines such as TGF-, TGF-beta and other signaling pathways involved in the mechanism of ovarian cancer in the mechanism of resistance to platinum play an important role.3.There was no significant correlation between the expression level of CD163+TAMs and the age, the age of menopause, and the pathological type.4.CD163+TAMs is of great significance in the diagnosis of platinum resistance and lymph node metastasis.
