With the development, clinical nutrition diagnosis and nutritional therapy have become an indispensable important measure in the treatment of patients with difficult and complicated cases. Chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer, microplate reader and other analytical instruments have greatly increased the sensitivity of biochemical tests, and have been widely used in clinical diagnosis. However, the domestic independent research and development of the same type instruments is still relatively scarce.This topic is to study the multifunctional analyzer under this background.Firstly, in this article,we compare the advantages and disadvantages of the filter systems and monochrome systems, and select a photomultiplier tube with high sensitivity as the photoelectric detector,which is working in the mode of single photon Counting to detect weak signal. According to the actual needs of this topic, this paper designs a scheme of the multi-function analyzer based on filter system and gives the overall structure of the analyzer.Secondly, this paper introduces the principle of fluorescence and the influence factors of fluorescence intensity, and analyzes the principle of fluorescence intensity detection. After analyzing the relevant factors of fluorescence signal collection efficiency, we build the actual fluorescence detection module. We use fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC) and FITC-labeled goat anti-rabbit IgG secondary antibody solution to conduct experiments, and analyze the experimental results. The results verify the availability of fluorescence detection module designed in this paper.Again, this paper introduces the basic principles of chemiluminescence and bioluminescence, and theoretically analyzes the luminescence detection principle. After designing the light path of luminescence detection, we analyze the signal collection efficiency according to the system designed in this paper, and choose appropriate components to build the actual luminescence detection module. In this paper, ATP assay kit is used to conduct an experiment, and the analysis of experimental results shows the availability of luminescence detection module.Finally,this article expounds the idea and process of designing a control software for the single photon counting system, and introduces the interface and functionality of this software. The fluorescence detection module and luminescence detection module designed in this paper have high sensitivity and good practicability, so the multifunctional analyzer which integrated multiple modules has broad application prospects.
