| Objective: By analysising yiqishengxianhuoxuefang in combination with different dose of metoprolol in patients with dilated cardiomyopathy(qi deficiency blood stasis type)of the syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine,Chinese medicine symptom curative effect,at the end of the cardiac function and left ventricular diastolic diameter and ejection fraction,right ventricular end-diastolic diameter,shorten the scores,interventricular septum thickness,left ventricular posterior wall thickness,changes of blood pressure,heart rate,to explore the clinical efficacy.Methods: 79 cases of DCM patients(qi deficiency,blood stasis type),who have been come to our hospitol,can be divided into three groups according to the drug situation,in which A group(24 cases)and group B(26 cases),group C(29 cases),three groups were given conventional western medicine such as digoxin,cefuroxime and crunching of cornflakes,spironolactone,enalaprilat pieces and foundation treatment,at the same time combined with metoprolol group A,group B with reasons gas lift in huoxue fang in combination with low dose of metoprolol(maximum dose of 100 mg/d or less)in patients with tolerance,group C plus for reasons gas lift in huoxue fang in combination with high dose of metoprolol(tolerance in patients with maximum dose > 100 mg/d).Three groups were treated for 6 months.Is 6 months after the patient curative effect of TCM syndrome before and after the treatment,cardiac function and left ventricular end-diastolic diameter,left ventricular ejection fraction,right ventricular end-diastolic diameter,left ventricular shortening fraction,interventricular septum thickness,left ventricular posterior wall thickness and blood pressure,heart rate changes.Results:(1)three groups B and C in the two groups after treatment stability systolic blood pressure,heart rate is better than that of group A(P < 0.05),but in terms of lower diastolic blood pressure change,compared three groups have no statistical difference(P > 0.05).(2)the three groups of patients after treatment of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms total score were significantly lower(P < 0.05),but the reduction of group C is better than that of A,B two groups,group B than in group A(P < 0.05).Total effective rate in improving TCM symptom,group C is better than that of group A(P < 0.05).In terms of improved cardiac function,B and C in the two groups is better than that of group A(P < 0.05).(3)after treatment in improving the heart palpitations,chest tightness,shortness of breath,fatigue weakness,asthma,chest pain,urinary symptoms less,B and C in the two groups is better than that of group A(P < 0.05).(4)after treatment in terms of reducing left ventricular end-diastolic diameter,C is better than that of A and B group,group B is better than that of group A(P < 0.05),In the aspect of improve ejection fraction,group C is better than that of A,B two groups(P < 0.05),but no statistical difference was found between B compared with group A(P > 0.05).(5)after treatment group C raise shorten scores and reduced right ventricular diameter is better than that of group A(P < 0.05),the rest of the group compared to no significant statistical difference(P > 0.05).(6)after treatment of metoprolol in comparison,C > B > A(P < 0.05).Conclusion: Combined with yiqishengxianhuoxuefang on the basis of western medicine treatment,can significantly improve patient tolerance of ?-blocker,increase the use of ?-blocker.Although yiqishengxianhuoxuefang combination with high and low dose of metoprolol make curative effect on treatment of DCM,make the level of blood pressure,heart rate at a relatively stable,can significantly improve patients' TCM syndrome,cardiac function and left ventricular diastolic diameter and ejection fraction at the end of superior to pure metoprolol group,but high doses comprehensive curative effect is better,is an effective method for treatment of DCM. |
