Observation Of The Clinical Curative Effect Of Tanreqing Injection In Senile Pneumonia Patients With Type 2 Diabetic

Purpose: To observe the clinical effect of Tanreqing Injection in the treatment of pneumonia in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Object and method: Select 70 cases of elderly pneumonia complicated with type 2 diabetes from January 2013 to May-2015 who inpatient treatment in Qianfoshan Hospital of Shandong Province. The patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group. Each group have 35 cases. The control group used antibiotics, expectorant and antiasthmatic drugs and other conventional treatment, Observation group were treated with 20 ml Tanreqing injection on its basis, qd, the application is 10 days. Two groups of patients with hypoglycemic drugs as before. Observed before and after treatment are fever, cough, sputum, hold breath, clinical symptoms of pulmonary signs, chest X-ray and inflammation index, clinical syndrome integral change and fasting blood glucose level. Observed the adverse reactions that occur during treatment.Result: The total effective rate of the observation group after treatment was 97.1%, the control group was 82.9%. The clinical curative effect of the two groups was statistically significant difference; Clinical syndrome score, clinical symptoms and blood white blood cell count analysis were statistically analyzed, which indicated that the observation group was better than the conventional treatment group; Before and after treatment, the fasting blood glucose level of the patients in the control group was statistically analyzed P > 0.05, while the observation group P < 0.05. Thus the blood sugar level of the observation group is better; Adverse reactions were compared between the two groups, and no significant adverse reaction occurred in the two groups.Conclusion: Tanreqing Injection in the treatment of Senile pneumonia complicated with type 2 diabetes mellitus, not only can effectively control the patient's pulmonary inflammation and improve treatment efficiency, but also can effectively control the patient's blood sugar level. Its adverse reactions were less, providing a better treatment for elderly patients with type 2 diabetes.
