Objective: To evaluate the effect of postoperative anterior cruciate ligament injury, combining with meniscus injury by retrospective study. Methods: 62 cases of arthroscopic treatment of anterior cruciate ligament and meniscal injury typically in Shandong University of traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated Hospital from July 2014 to July 2015. It is all arthroscopic anterior cruciate ligament injury of autologous hamstring anatomical reconstruction and meniscus suture repair, Lysholm score of preoperative and postoperative 3 months, 6 months, 9 months, respectively, the therapeutic effects were observed. Results: All 62 patients were followed up, and the preoperative symptoms were relieved, according to statistical analysis(P<0.01).Conclusion: Arthroscopic treatment of anterior cruciate ligament and meniscus injury have been widely used in clinical application. In addition,Small incision, fast recovery and early surgical treatment can prevent the degeneration of the knee joint, reduce the damage and wear of cartilage, and restore the stability of the knee joint. For the combined meniscus injury, suture effect is better than the meniscus resection, can retain the meniscus as far as possible to retain the meniscus. meniscus for knee stability also has the role of the can not be replaced.
