Objective: By comparing 200 cases of coronary heart disease of unstable angina pectoris summarizes the constitution of Chinese medicine distribution and characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine, to provide a basis for early intervention. Methods: The clinical data of 200 patients with unstable angina pectoris were investigated and compared with the Wang Qi nine law of constitution in Chinese medicine, it belongs to every patient physique, and carries on the statistical analysis; and the study of TCM syndrome differentiation, the constitution of traditional Chinese medicine and TCM syndrome differentiation type of correlation analysis. Results:Gender and age: unstable angina pectoris with little relation to sex(P < 0.05). The age distribution of the patients with unstable angina pectoris the incidence increased with age.The distribution of TCM Constitution: in the 200 cases of patients with unstable angina blood stasis, 47 cases, accounting for 23.5%; phlegm dampness constitution was 40 cases, accounted for 20%, blood stasis and phlegm dampness in this group accounted for the highest proportion, for its advantages of constitution. The distribution of TCM syndromes: in the 200 cases of patients with unstable angina, heart blood stasis syndrome in 58 cases, accounting for 29%; phlegm blocking heart vessel syndrome 42 cases, accounting for 21%; the blood stasis and phlegm blocking heart vessel for two kinds of the main syndrome.Correlation analysis: the correlation between blood stasis and blood stasis of large(P<0.001), associated with cold coagulation type of heart(P<0.05). Phlegm dampness and phlegm blocking heart vessel type high correlation(P<0.001), associated with the stagnation of heart vein type and cold stagnation in heart vein type(P<0.05). There is correlation between damp heat and phlegm blocking heart vessel syndrome(P<0.01), associated with cold stagnation in heart vein type(P<0.05). Qi deficiency and Qi deficiency type high correlation(P<0.001). Yang deficiency and Qi deficiency, heart yang deficiency related(P<0.01), associated with cold stagnation in heart vein type(P<0.05). Yin deficiency and heart Yin deficiency, heart yang deficiency associated(P<0.05). Qi stagnation and qi stagnation and heart pulse high correlation(P<0.001).Conclusion: Unstable angina pectoris with little relation to sex. Patients with unstable angina pectoris incidence increased with age. Unstable angina pectoris patients constitution of blood stasis and phlegm dampness accounted for the highest proportion, the Chinese medicine syndrome types were blood stasis and phlegm blocking heart vessel type accounted for the highest proportion. In patients with unstable angina pectoris in the strong correlation between TCM Constitution and syndrome type of traditional Chinese medicine, in the treatment of patients with unstable angina patients with early treatment, physique or better clinical efficacy can be achieved. At the same time, the reaction of different constitution types have different features in the incidence tendency, for TCM "three distinguishing theory" that distinguishes the body, disease diagnosis and treatment, provide theoretical and data support, worthy of further study.
