Gu Yuan Qu Zhuo Prescription For Intervention In Maintenance Hemodialysis Patients With Hyperphosphatemia Clinical Research

Objective:System through clinical research, observation of Gu Yuan Qu Zhuo prescription in maintenance hemodialysis patients serum calcium, phosphorus, PTH, discussed in patients with chronic renal failure complicated with hyperphosphatemia control effect, side effects and adverse reactions, and evaluate its safety and effectiveness, analysis and formulate the treatment mechanism of TCM clinical treatment of chronic renal failure complicated with hyperphosphatemia provide new method and means.Method:Statistical Tai’an City TCM hospital in 40 patients with maintenance hemodialysis patients with concurrent hyperphosphatemia, randomly divided into 2 groups, a group of experimental group(20 cases), a group of control group(20 cases) and control group by conventional combine traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment(including diet management, regular hemodialysis treatment, Chinese and western medicine of oral), assisted with traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) on the basis of the patients in the control group treatment Gu Yuan Qu Zhuo prescription, 4 weeks for a period of treatment, treatment of two period of treatment. Using relevant software, were analyzed retrospectively, and observe the changes of patients’ clinical symptoms, laboratory tests such as to determine efficacy.Results: In the treatment group and control group patients every 2 weeks pay a return visit investigation of clinical symptoms, check the serum calcium, phosphorus, PTH, in terms of disease curative effect, treatment group total effectiveness 85%, obviously better than the basis of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine group(50%), the treatment group compared with control group was statistically difference(P < 0.05); In reducing blood phosphorus and the calcium-phosphorus product and PTH treatment effects were better than the control group(P < 0.05). Experimental studies show that after treatment with Gu Yuan Qu Zhuo prescription, 17 cases of chronic renal failure with hyperphosphatemia dialysis patients significantly lower serum P, PTH, shows a good clinical effect. Nausea, itchy skin, bone pain symptoms improved with significant difference(P < 0.01), improve the quality of maintenance hemodialysis patients survival, and good safety, less adverse reaction occurred.Conclusion:Gu Yuan Qu Zhuo prescription treatment of chronic renal failure with hyperphosphatemia curative effect, low side effect, not only can significantly improve the patients’ clinical symptoms and signs, correct the calcium phosphorus metabolism disorders, and can restrain high blood PTH patients with chronic renal failure, delay the renal failure.
