Study On The TCM Syndrome Distribution Of Thyroid Associated Ophthahmopathy And The Intravenous Glucocorticoid Curative Effect

Objective:1.To discuss the relationship between the TCM syndrome type of TAO and the ocular and systemic symptoms and signs.To analyze the syndromes distribution of TAO, so as to lay a good foundation for exploring the objectivity of TAO TCM syndrome differentiation.2.To observe the effect and adverse reaction of glucocorticoid, so as to provide basis for clinical treatment of TAO.Methods :According to the classification of syndrome differentiation, 191 patients with TAO were divided into four type:liver fire,yin deficiency on 1iver and kidney,spleen depressed and shi blazing,phlegm and blood stasis resistance meridian.Then we take the clinical symptoms, signs, related to the physical and chemical indexes and curative effect of each card type patients for analysis.Results:Liver fire card type has the greatest number,accounting for 37.17% of the total.In all ages less than 40 years old patients, suffered in liver fire is multiple.In more than 40 year old patients, patients with liver and kidney Yin deficiency is the largest. In mild and moderate case,people who suffered in liver fire is multiple.In the treatment of patients with severe,the liver and kidney Yin deficiency is the most.Before the treatment, the liver fire get the highest CAS score and TCM syndrome integral,and the liver and kidney Yin deficiency is the lowest.The liver fire's treatment curative effect is the most significant, and the liver and kidney Yin deficiency syndrome's treatment effect is poorer.Conclusion:Liver fire card type is the most common TCM syndrome of TAO. Most of people sufffered in liver fire is young.The condition of these people is mild.They will have a good therapeutic effect. During the liver and kidney Yin deficiency type of syndrome, elderly people is the most.Their treatment effect is poorer for the condition of them is severe.
