Objective:The article aims at establishing the pulse signal database which obtained by using the finger volume pulse photoelectric sensor, and it makes a comparative study of the accuracy of finger pulse analysis through the electronic computer signal processing system, in order to investigates the correlation between finger pulse and various clinical parameters of cardiovascular department of internal medicine.Method:Data source: collecting from the Second Affiliated Hospital from 2013 October-2015 year in January and the First Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, affiliated cardiovascular department of internal medicine for treatment of 300 cases of patients, block randomization method were randomly applied and data are divided into control group of 140 cases(Cunkou pulse meter pressure pulse extraction),160 cases in observation group(finger volume pulse extraction), two patients with control flow parameters, clinical parameters clinical diagnosis in traditional Chinese, and compliance of contrast.Results:1.The test and observing groups are going through the color Doppler ultrasound and ECG monitor, collecting and comparing local flow parameters, body temperature(T),pulse oxygen saturation(P),(SPO2) statistically.(t=2.12, 2.14, 1.56, 2.22, P>0.05, no significant difference).2. Patients in the two groups were examined and given Chinese Traditional pulse diagnosis by physicians: No significant difference of pulse diagnosis(P>0.05).3. Two groups of patients going through with different pulse instrument application:Cunkou pulse sensor diagnosis and finger volume pulse sensor diagnosis, comparing the analyzing feature results of two groups by statistical analysis(P<0.05, with significant difference).4. Two groups of pulse pulse diagnosis instrument and the clinician conformity rate of comparison, the results have significant difference(P<0.05)Conclusions:Through the research of end photoelectric sensor pulse extraction pulse method, that finger end photoelectric sensor pulse extraction of various kinds of pulse are with the accuracy rate higher than those of the Cunkou pulse pressure extraction, the data in the local blood flow parameters, body temperature(T), respiration(R), pulse(P), oxygen saturation(Sp O2) extraction level is more objective and accurate; clinical pulse diagnosis consistent can provides an accurate basis for clinical, more convenient and better clinical response to a variety of important physiological parameters. Finger end photoelectric sensor pulse extraction method of pulse is with a high accuracy and blood flow parameters,clinical parameters, clinical diagnosis, traditional pulse match the contrast anastomosis rate with better advantages to make it superior to pulse pressure pulse extraction.
