| Objective:Observe the clinical curative effect of Six Spirits Pills for the chronic phase of chronic myelogenous leukemia, and provide certain support and theoretical basis for traditional chinese medicine curing the Chronic Myeloid Leukemia.Methods:30 patients selected with Chronic Myeloid Leukemia-Chronic Phase were randomly divided into experimental group (Six Spirits Pills+Hydroxycarbamide, interferon) and control group (Hydroxycarbamide, interferon), and there are the 15 patients in each group.Rsults:The result found that the experimental group in peripheral blood cells changes, Ph chromosome positive, Chinese medicine syndrome integral, spleen and bone marrow shrinkage effect hyperplasia degree, etc are better than the curative effect of hydroxycarbamide and interferon group.Conclusion:The research indicates that Six Spirits Pills Not only can improve the patients with hematologic remission rate, and also improvement on the bone marrow hyperplasia and Ph staining positive rate. At the same time,it also significantly improve the clinical symptoms and life quality of patients with chronic-phase CML, and it's worth to research further.. |
