Objective:Study clinical Efficacy of laminar hooks and pedicle screw fixation using autogenous bone graft for lumbar spondylolysis.And further the study of lumbar spondylolysis process, clinical characteristics, treatment methods, development and characteristics of all kinds of operation method, and the isthmus, osseous healing influence factors are discussed.Methods:Retrospective analysis from July 2013 to July 2015 in Shandong University of traditional Chinese medicine spinal orthopedic hospital treated 33 cases of lumbar spondylolysis patients and clinical outcome by Brown bone graft fusion evaluation standard, visual simulation score(VAS), Oswestry disability index(ODI), a lordosis angle difference and Henderson standard evaluation were retrospectively analyzed. Through the evaluation of the above results, a comprehensive analysis of the factors affecting the bony healing.Result:All patients with postoperative 3 months review lumbar CT examination, according to the standard Brown bone graft fusion, the fusion rate was 87.9%; Six months after lumbar spondylolysis bone graft fusion rate was 94.0%. The preoperative and postoperative VAS and ODI scores(the last) by t test, there are significant difference statistically significant(p = 0.000 < 0.05). On preoperative and postoperative(time) at the end of the dynamic lordosis Angle difference after statistics analysis, there is no statistical significance(p = 0.891 > 0.05), little impact on patients with lumbar motion. Postoperative patients with lumbar symptoms disappeared basically after 12 months, with Henderson standard were analyzed, and the fine rate was 97.0%.Conclusion:In the strict indications for surgery, pedical screw-lamina hook system using bone graft add the spondylolysis(PSLH)for the treatment of lumbar spondylolysis with high safety, less trauma, shorter operative time, less bleeding, simple operation, quick recovery after operation, The procedure is fully in line with the direct repair of a modern and minimally invasive spinal surgery segment reconstruction new ideas. However, the success of surgery and the lumbar isthmus complete bony fusion are closely related, the understanding of factors affecting bone healing, the healing of favorable the factors of healing and avoid unfavorable factors to ensure the complete fusion of the lumbar isthmus, which is crucial.
