At present, the regular regulatory T cells is closely related to the occurrence and development of tumor. The regular regulatory T cells by secrete TGF-? and IL-10 to directly or indirectly inhibit effector T cell, that including the growth and activation of CD4~+T and CD8+T and. Make tumor escape from the body's immune system surveillance, and weaken the body's anti-tumor ability. The research by clinical and animal experiments of the expression of Treg and regulatory cytokines such an TGF-? and IL-10 in patients of after liver transplatation is useful for us to research the correlation between regular regulatory T cells and tumor growth. Providing new ideas for clinical treatment.1?Impact of thymosin ?-1 and huaier-granule anti-tumor therapy on rat with tumorForty-eight Sprague Dawley rats were randomly divided into four groups:combination group, thymosin ?-1 group,huaier-granule group and positive-control group(each group of 12). All groups were established the simulation animal model of liver cancer by chemical-induced method.Record the behavior and the chang of the weight of rat at the different time points. The proportion of regulatory T cells of CD4~+T lymphocytes in peripheral blood were deteced by the flow cytometry. Using the Elisa method to detect the proportion of IL-10,TGF-? and VEGF in the rat perpheral blood. The proportion of IL-10, TGF-? VEGF and Treg% of combination group were significantly lower than other groups, the difference had statistical significance( P<0.05). At the same time of use anti-rejection drugs tacrolimus use huaier-granule and thymosin ?-1 can obviously reduce the express of IL-10, TGF-?, VEGF and the proportion of regulatory T cells in the rat perheral blood, providing the new treatment approach to delay the tumor growth.1?Impact of thymosin ?-1 combined huaier-granule anti-tumor therapy on tumor recurrence and the expression of Treg?IL-10?TGF-? of patientis after liver transplantation.Collect the clinical data of 42 patients with terminal primary liver cancer who underwent liver transplantation in the 309 th hosptial of Chinese People's Liberation Army from January 2011 to January 2015(all conform to Hangzhou standard), including 42 patients with hepatoc- ellular carcinoma. According to the patients of postoperative medication situation divided into combination group(26 cases) and huaier-granule group(16 cases) During 1 month after liver transplantation, according to the individual differences of patients, different doses and types of inmunosuppressors including tacrolimus and mycophenolate and sirolimus to treat patients after liver transplantation. The combination group added huaier-granule and thymosin ?-1 after 1 month, and the other group only use the anti-rejection drugs and huaier-granule. The time of tumor recurrence and the expression of Treg cells and IL-10?TGF-? were observed. Each patients were observed 12 months. The disease-free survival of combination group significantly higher than other group(P<0.05). In the twelfth month, the expression of Treg cells and IL-10?TGF-? in the preipheral blood of combination group significantly higher than huaier-granule group(P<0.05). Thymosin ?-1 based anti-tumor therapy can obviously prlong liver tumor recurrence after transplantation. Regular monitoring the expression of Treg cells and IL-10?TGF-?, can be used as an auxiliary method of tumor recurrence after liver transplantation.
