Objective:To study the recurrence of traditional operation in patients with pelvic organ prolapse in Nanchang area, and to study the related factors of recurrence.Method:Study on the selection of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University during January 2004 to April 2015 in our hospital were diagnosed as pelvic organ prolapse and hospitalization for traditional surgery in the treatment of Nanchang area patients with a total of 120 cases.Patients enrolled were undergon telephone follow-up and gynecological examination.Examination were undergon by gynaecology specialist at out-patient department.assessment by POP-Q staging described patients with anatomic recurrence and recurrence rate, and the pressure that the history of urinary incontinence or existing pressure urinary incontinence symptoms, induced by the pressure test,if necessary, finger test, cotton swab test to understand patients with urinary continence.Measure blood pressure of patients and recorded patients age, date of follow-up,family history, age at menopause, urogenital symptoms, chronic cough, chronic constipation history of protection of recurrence after surgery in the patients with uterine prolapse and exacerbating factors. To read the patient casebook, record the date of operation of the patient, the degree of preoperative uterine prolapse, view the operation records,to understand the operation of patients. The effective data will be input in Excel, and use SPSS20.0 statistical software for statistical analysis of data.Result:120 cases of patients with traditional surgical treatment of pelvic organ prolapse were 42 to 86 years old,the average age was 66.50±9.21 years old.The follow-up was 47 to 94 years old, with an average of 71.05±9.43 years old.The number of follow-up months was 5 to 142 months, and the median follow-up was 40 months. The degree of preoperative uterine prolapse was: ? degree in 7 cases(5.8%),? degree in 63 cases(52.5%),? degree in 50 cases(41.7%).After surgery according to POP-Q staging, over standard of I degree that is the objective recurrence, the total objective recurrence rate was 38.3%.By consciously vaginal foreign body sensation or incontinence symptoms as subjective recurrence, subjective total follow-up rate is 0%?There are no postoperative bleeding, infection and organ injury.recurrence rate was 3.3%.The secondary surgical treatment. The anterior wall prolapse recurrence rate was 57.0% the ? degree of 38 cases(84.5%),? degree in 6 cases(13.3%),1 cases of grade ?(2.2%);the posterior wall prolapse recurrence rate was 18.9%,grade ? contain 11 cases(73.3%),3 cases of grade ?(20.0%),21cases(6.7%)in grade ?;vault prolapse recurrence rate was 24.1%,? 18 cases(94.7%),1cases(5.3%)in ? degree,0 cases in grade ?.There are no patient in ? degree. The patients were divided into 47 cases of recurrence group and 75 cases of non recurrence group. There was no statistical difference in the surgical age, hypertension, diabetes mellitus and heart disease between the two groups(P>0.05).Between the two groups in the number of pregnancy and delivery times, non vaginal delivery times of pregnancy, age at first calving, age of menopause,age,follow-up length, postoperative heavy manual labor, chronic constipation, chronic cough a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The patients were divided into three groups according to the preoperative grading, and there was no significant difference between the degree of recurrence(P<0.05).There was statistical significance(P>0.05)in the case of recurrence of ?,? degree and third degree. Conclusion:The subjective recurrence rate of pelvic organ prolapse were treated by traditional surgery is not high, and there is no mesh exposure, mesh erosion, dyspareunia and other adverse reactions,so traditional operation is still a wise choice in the treatment of severe pelvic organ prolapse.Postoperative recurrence of uterine prolapse is a common cause of multiple factors, and the postoperative care should be paid more attention to.
