Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of core decompression combined with Dialectical theory of governance on the patients of ANFH which were during Ficat stage I and II. Methods 62 patients including 30 males and 32 females were conducted in this study.37 hips of 31 patients were treated withcore decompression which combined with Dialectical theory of governance,36 hips of 31 patients were treated with core decompression only. All the patients were followed up for 24 months at least. To evaluate the clinical effect through 3 methods :one way is the HARRIS Hip standard(24 months after theoperation),the two way is VAS(1months after the operation),last way is the X-ray of the hip(3?6?9?12?15?18?21?24months after the operation). ResultAll the patients were followed up for 24 months at least: Group A were treated with core decompression which combined with the Dialectical theory of governance.1month after the operation, the VAS scores is 3.68±0.1 5,and the Harris scores is 96.63±3.26(24 months after the Operation). The excellent rate is 87.08%,the total efficient rate is 89.83%,the success rate is 83.87% through Kaplan—Meier survival analysis(24 months after the Operation).Group B which were treated with core decompression only, the VAS scores is 4.55±0.1 4(1 month after the operation),the Harris scores is 80.13±3.27(24 months after the Operation),the excellent rate is 64.51%,the total efficient rate is 77.42%,the success rate is 74.19% by Kaplan—Meier survival analysis after the operation 24 months. There exists statistically significant difference between two groups in the VAS scores, Harris scores(p<O.05),there was no statistically significant difference between group A and group B in the success rate, imaging evaluation and total efficient(p>O.05). ConclusionsThe treatment of core decompression combined with the Dialectical theory of governance is great efficient, which shows satisfactory result for the treatment of ANFH.This treatment is simple and practical, showing a significant effect, which is worth to spread. |
