The Clinical Observation On The Combination Of Microdissection Technique And Oral Administration Of TCM In Treating Calcaneodynia

Objective A retrospective analysis is made on the clinical effects of the combination of microdissection technique and Oral administration of TCM in treating calcaneodynia through the clinical study.Method 52 patients meeting inclusion criterion and exclusion criterion in Wuhan hospital of TCM from June 2014 to December 2015 were selected.26 patients who was given combination of microdissection technique and Oral administration of TCM were belonged to the treatment group.And the other 26 patients who was given local blocking were belonged to the control group.Oral administration of TCM was given once a day lasting 2 months.microdissection technique was given once a week which was up to 3 times in total.The way of local blocking was similar to microdissection technique.Visual analogue scale(VAS)and clinical curative effects evaluation were observedbefore treatment and after treatment in 1 week and 2 months.All the data were analyzed by SPSS 19.0.Results 1.VAS:(1)The VAS points in both the treatment group and the control group decreased remarkably after treatment in one week and there was no significant difference between the 2 groups(P>0.05)which indicated both of the two therapeutic schedules were effective.(2)The VAS points in the treatment group after treatment in two months continued to decrease compared with the VAS points after treatment in one week and there was a remarkable difference(P<0.05).Instead of decreasing,the VAS points in the control group after treatment in two months increased compared with the VAS points after treatment in one week and there was a significant difference(P<0.05).2.Clinical curative effects evaluation:(1)The total effective rates after treatment in one week of both the two groups were 96.15%,so there was no significant difference(P>0.05).Likewise,both of the two therapeutic schedules were effective.(2)The total effective rate after treatment in two months of the treatment group was 96.15%,comparing with 80.77% of the control group there was a significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion From these data,we can come to an conclusion that both the combination of microdissection technique and Oral administration of TCM and local blocking can treat calcaneodynia in short term.However,compared with localblocking,the combination of microdissection technique and Oral administration of TCM can also achieve better curative effect in long term.What's more,TCM may treat calcaneodynia radically through balancing between yin and yang.Therefore,the combination of microdissection technique and Oral administration of TCM is an effective method deserving being generalized to treat calcaneodynia.
