Synthesis And Analysis Of Metal Organic Complexes Based On Pharmaceutical Compounds

Objective: Synthesis of a variety of metal ions as the center,a variety of organic ligands for the coordination of metal organic compounds.Analyze structure of products.Analyze and research on the medicinal compound carrying role of the product.Methods: Using the hydrothermal synthesis of metal organic complexes,selection of metal ions Zn²⁺,Cu²⁺,a variety of organic ligands,adjacent hydroxyl benzoic acid,pyrazole,imidazole,adenine.The structure of the product was detected by means of elemental analysis,nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy,thermogravimetric analysis,infrared spectrum analysis,X-ray single crystal diffraction analysis.Salicylic acid-based drug experiments to determine the organic metal complexes have medicinal compound carrying role.Results: Several kinds of organic metal complexes were synthesized by hydrothermal synthesis method,structural inspection of the synthesized product were completed.A technical breakthrough was made in the experiment of the metal organic complex 2 and the drug loading experiment of the ortho-hydroxy benzoic acid..Conclusion: The structure of metal organic coordination compounds is closely related to the coordination ability of metal ions and organic ligands,and the intermolecular forces and hydrogen bonds are the key to the expansion of the spatial structure.Drug loading experiment proved that the metal organic compounds have the ability to carry drugs.
